Background:Nero isn't one for making decisions, or doing much of anything. He stands firmly neutral on almost all situations. Apparently, something in his brain didn't work properly, so his sense of morality and decision making skills are in most situations, neutral. Even his voice is devoid of most emotion and feeling. Only on rare occasion does it have emotion. But anyway this informality is why he's here. As a child, pieces of his body would change, and he wouldn't panic, or get scared. However everyone around him did. Neither of his parents possessed the ability, and they were terrified of their son. He still wonders to this day why. I mean, why not just accept his new found ability, and get on with the day? Anyway, he was sent off here, to DMWA to train, and contain his ability. So that's exactly what he did, though he didn't much care for it.
Abilities: Make a Decision: He duplicates himself into 7 other blades, for eight total. They spill in a circle all attached by a chain. They encircle the opponent, waiting for the person to either escape or cut the chain. When this occurs the blades all poof, and Nero strikes the opponent from behind with a stab through the back.
Relax: Nero strikes the target's knees and elbows, which would force them to halt and fall to the ground.
Shut Up: Nero uses his hilt to bash the opponents windpipe, then the lungs, forcing all air circulation to pause.
