I decided to try something out, and I'd like to play with it before "Release" and see if it actually works. This will be a new way to make money, by pitting your luck against others in gambling games! I only really have a few games so far, but others are welcome to think up new ones, or adaptations of classics to add to the mix.

This thread is jointly for people to post their ideas for new games of this sort, and for playing the ones we already have. It's not a RP thread, though you can RP the games if you want. For the purposes of this test, anyone in this thread starts with 1,000 gold. (No, this gold is not for your RPC, you silly cheater.)

Games

Cho – Han
A very simple game where the dealer rolls two dice. The player has the option of guessing Odd or Even, and should the dice come out in their favor, they win. To make it more exciting, the player may also guess the exact number on one or both of the dice. Should they succeed, they will double their winnings for one die, and triple for both. Should they guess the die and fail however, they lose.
This game can be played with any bet the player likes, so long as it does not exceed the maximum set by the dealer.

Three Cups
A classic bar game. The dealer places a coin under one of three cups, and quickly slides them about, hiding the coin. The player must then choose one cup to flip up. Should it be the cup with the coin, they win. Should it not, they lose. To play this game, the player decides which cup they wish to lift. Once they have decided, the dealer rolls four six sided die. The first three represent the cups, and the highest number is the cup with the coin. Should two of the cup die match, the odd cup holds the coin. Should all three match, the player has hit the “Jackpot”, and earns triple the winnings. Should the fourth die however, land on six, the dealer has cheated, and none of the cups hold the coin. (Only three die are rolled for the High Stakes game.)
When betting on this game, the player puts forth a set sum. Should they win, the dealer pays them that much money. Should they lose, the dealer takes it all.

Russian Roulette
Slightly more complicated than other games, Russian Roulette is truly a game of chance. Each player takes turns rolling a single six sided die. If they roll anything but a six, they pass it to the next player. This continues, until someone rolls a six. When the six is rolled, that player is removed from the game, and the next round begins. Play continues until only one player remains. This game requires multiple players, all of which roll their own die. (Any cheating, such as deletion of posts, and the player will either be removed or their rolls performed by another player.) The more players, the longer the game, and the higher the stakes.
For this game each player bets the same amount. The winner takes the entire pot.

High Stakes Russian Roulette
Basically the same as the basic game, the high stakes version takes a dark twist. When you lose, you die. In this version, your bet is everything you own, and the pot is everyone's lives. This game is not to be taken lightly. Back out after play has begun, and you die. Lose your roll, you die. Try to fight your way out, you'll probably still die.
Any dying involved in this game is caused by the other players, observers, or enforcers killing you. It is entirely possible to escape if you are skilled enough.

High Stakes
Played just as the basic games, high stakes simply takes the initial bet, and doubles it in every round. If the player wins, they may play again, or opt out, taking their winnings. Should they lose, they lose everything. High Stakes versions exist for every game available.
High Stakes games usually require a set buy in amount, determined by the dealer. Some high stakes games are only available upon invitation.

Purchasables

Dice
The tool of the aspiring gambler, they can be stuffed in a pocket and carried wherever you go. They are of little use for anything though, except playing games with your friends outside of a gambling hall. One set contains two OmniDice, which transform themselves, given a tiny helping of chakra, to whatever type of dice you need. (Owning a set of dice allows you to roll dice in game! Yay!)
Price: 100

Weighted Dice
Illegal in all reputable gambling halls, weighted dice are used to turn the odds of any game requiring the use of dice in the player's favor. By getting the dealer to use your dice rather than their own, you are able to influence the flow of the game. When using weighted dice, any roll automatically changes one number in the player's favor. This does not guarantee victory, but improved the odds greatly.

If you successfully predict the exact roll three times in a row when using weighted dice, you will be caught, and automatically lose the game. In the best case scenario at this point, you will be removed from the game, with the option of returning later, but never be able to use the weighted dice in that hall again. In the worst case... Well, it's a harsh world.
(Usable only in games requiring actual dice, not the dice rolling system.)
Price: 1,000

Lucky Dice
These dice are not to be used in gambling at all, but rather are the holder's lucky charm. When a dice roll is required to judge a random encounter, the player bearing the dice may roll their “Lucky Dice” instead. Should they land doubles, or any combination equaling the sum of the dice used (20 for a twenty sided die, six for a six.), they may choose the encounter themselves from the scale given. If they fail however, they must roll again, following the rules given by the encounter. (The dice rolled must be of the same number of sides as required by the initial roll, and two dice must be rolled.)
Price: 1,500
