Chichi looked stunned. "Oh...I'm not ratting you out! You are way too cool, and um... everyone makes a living diff ways. But see, I was gonna buy that necklace and give it to you, it would make you feel special....because i think you are very special. And I want you to always feel beautiful.... " She smiled at Yvette. "I have never met anyone so interesting, and well, i think steeling is bad, but life is like that? You have nice things, then you lose them. Kinda like karma I guess. I mean, it's not your fault, were you taught this when you were little?"

Yvette laughed. "It's hardly cool. I know its wrong, but I don't really feel one way about it either way. And yes, I learned how to be a thief from my daddy, or at least how to pick locks. He doesn't pull jobs anymore, he's got a stable income thanks to my devious half-brother, and...I don't really need to do it...but I like it. Some people knit, I steal shiny things." she snorted. "A very poor example but...yeah it's all I got." she shrugged.

Chichi gulped. She ignored everything i said about her and about the necklace. She tried to hide her pout> She seemed to be over emotional today, must be because her crush. "W-well, can I buy the necklace for you as a gift from me?" She wanted to hug her again.... she was so immature...

"That's really very sweet of you, but I couldn't in good conscious let you buy something I acquired by less than honorable means," Yvette moved down the case and looked down at the necklace. "And...it's already mine, I just keep it here where I can look at it. I appreciate the gesture and the thought, it really is sweet."
Yvette looked over at her and smiled. "Besides there are other ways to get my attention. I'm a simple girl at heart, I don't dress up much, never need too." she pulled out keys and unlocked the cabinet. "You on the other hand," she pulled out the sapphire bracelet and walked around and took Chichi's wrist and put the bracelet on it. "Every girl needs a little sparkle in her life. You're really pretty in your own way. Don't get yourself down because you're not as flashy and impressive as some random stranger over there." she waved a hand dismissively.

Chichi blushed, what could she say to this??? Che hugged Yvette. "Thank you very much Yvette, you are the best!" She let go and looked at the beautiful bracelet. "You know, now I owe you big time." She smiled still blushing a little. "I can't wait to spoil you on our picnic." She thought for a second, a few of the noodles she lived with collected stones, and she bet if she asked, they would make a necklace for Yvette. She wondered if thought of her as a friend or more?? Ugh if she wasn't so new to this stuff. She played around with her bracelet, feeling shy for some reason she did not understand. She couldn't make eye contact with Yvette, because she knew she would go completely red.

Yvette laughed. "If you say so." she couldn't help but smile. When was the last time anyone thought she was great, did Jenna count? Probably not...the stipulation was probably on non-family members, and if that was the case, then...well it was a long time ago.
Yvette watched the angelic girl fuss with the bracelet, and probably blush. Yvette was sure she would have been much the same back...wait...did the other girl? Well it was possible...Yvette coughed and studied the nearest shelf arrangement, her tail flicking absently, her own cheeks taking on a pinkish hue under her dark fur.

Chichi giggled to herself, feeling she was pretty for once, with the beautiful bracelet. She wondered what to say next.... She should press the fact that this was a date. "So...everything is planed for our big date." She tried hard to look Yvette in the face.....ugh, she couldn't. She was worried of what she said would bother Yvette, so she walked over to the books.

Yvette nodded. "Seems so." she picked up a figure on the shelf and turned it over in her hand. She set it down quickly and looked over. "I'm really looking forward to it. Really." She said giving a reassuring smile. "I don't get out enough according to everyone, least during daylight hours, so this will be really fun."
She looked around then looked back. "Oh and I promise no armor." she said teasingly.

"You can wear anything you want, as long as you are there" She smiled att Yvette. "Well, I'm gonna get home, so I will see you this weekend ." She walked to Yvette and kissed her softly, then left quickly to hide that she was scared of rejection. She walked home thinking all the good stuff shes gonna make, and surprise her with a necklace, just from her. She had a ton of things to think about, giggle then blush on the long walk home.

Yvette chuckled, then blinked, stunned as she felt Chichi give her a kiss. "Uh...weekend." she managed to say. She quickly shook her head and followed Chichi to the door. "Be careful walking home!" she called out then went back inside. She had a lot of things to think about, and of course arrangements to make with Jenna for this weekend.
