She was the only member of the Cutler Family who is apparently the only member to have inherited the Weapon blood for numerous generations.
She was born is Britain and from the rich family. Her parents, especially her grandmother, always said, "As a member of the Cutler family, we are the most royal to be respected" blah blah blah! She is always assisted by maids or bodyguards such as opening a door for her, dressing her and many more. She can't stand these Royalty movement anymore that she likely wanted to escape.
One night while taking a walk in their large garden, a kishin egg suddenly jumped off and attack her. She awakened her weapon and her arm became a scythe's blade, which stabs the kishin. After she discovered of being a demon weapon, she went to their enormous library and saw a book about Death City. She picked up her bags, her pocket money and her cellphone and escaped.
She found Death City successfully with the help of Franken Stein. After Stein told her about Death City and Shibusen. She eagerly wanted to enroll Shibusen, she changed her name into "Blade Cutter" due to her scythe form.
Abilities:
Witch Hunt Slash Witch Hunt (魔女狩り, majogari; FUNimation "Witch Hunter") is a traditional Soul Resonance attack used by scythe meisters. The move turns the head of the scythe into a crescent moon shape. Normally the Witch Hunt is used to send a single wave attack along the ground towards the enemy but there are other variations of the move.
It is believed that the appearance of Witch Hunt depends on the pairing of meister and weapon, as seen when Dr. Stein and Spirit performed it. However, this variation may be due to the circumstances faced at the time.
Ribbon Arrows Similar to Medusa's Vector Arrows, The ribbons of the scythe extended useful for ensnaring or stabbing the opponent.

She is somewhat talkative and funny at times. When pissed off, she has many ways how to release her anger into someone. She is independent and stubborn that she want to do this by herself (With the exception of her meister)
