The Sacred Temple of Nine Dragons

The sacred temple is a large open shrine that leads into a deeper section inside, composed of two floors. The first floor is composed entirely of simple wooden engravings along the pillars and walls, the enter area depicts a large wooden carving of what would most likely be the Imperial Majesty of Conquest, sitting nobly on a throne. There are several Clans members kneeling in front of it in reverence. The second floor is composed of an "archives" area, though the scrolls are off limits.

OOC: EVENT ROLLS AND PROMPT MECHANICS:

- When your student has arrived in this setting, you can CHOOSE to roll a 100-sided dice at any point in time. You can only do this twice per RP you make. Match your dice roll to the results below for a prompt/ small reaction that your student may discover. RP out results accordingly.

1-20: You walk around the first floor and notice how uneven the flooring is. When you look down, you see that each tile has a different engraving on it, with strange characters. They don't seem to do anything when you step on one of the characters/gylphs though.
21- 40: You amble up to the second floor and see walls and walls of rolled up scrolls. You lean in to take a closer look, but is stopped by a Clan member, who shakes their head and pushes you back.
41- 60: You take a look at the giant statue in the center. It is your imagination, or do they kind of look like a certain Heir you know as well? (If you don't know Invictus, this part has no effect on your character)
61- 80: You hear muttering behind you, and catch the words "not returning from the Human World" and "military army group number..." but the rest of it trails off.
81- 100: You notice how elaborate all the decorations are: even the detail in the wooden carvings in the pillar. You look up at the ceiling and realize along with the unique tiles, they are all gilded with delicate gold and jade. It seems this clan spares nothing when it comes to the smallest attention to detail. (see below for horsemen point prompt)
- Horsemen point prompt! You also see something glint next to you, but is it just a trick of the light? Roll a 6-sided dice. If odd you obtain one horsemen point! You can only redeem a max of two from all prompt prps/orps your student is in per OOC 24 hours. You can redeem these here and here!

Sneaking around the island after class, Wylfenne suddenly realized they were in front of a mysterious temple conceived in the type of architecture they had never seen before. It seemed that sofistication and modesty joined their efforts to create a sort of an eerie place with the feeling of spiritual pressure.

Enchanted, Wylfenne took off her shoes and approached the shrine structure.

The decorations were amazing indeed, carvings covered with gold and lacquer, - as much accustomed to showing off wealth as they were, Wylfenne still was mesmerized by the interplay of different shades of jade, strict mastery of design, grotesque lines joint together by some invisible presence. Well, presence.... didn't they notice something glinting? Agh, there it was! They were torn between two desires - curiosity and alienation, wishing both to snatch the golden scale they were sure was glimpsing through the tiles, and not to show their bewilderment, their eagerness to explore. At east, there was no-one watching them....

This quiet temple lingered somewhere in the corner of their mind, so Wylfenne decided to come back.

.......... and then they understood why the place kept calling them. In the same place where yesterday they kept gazing at the decorations and found a mysterious token, there it was again!

Once their mother told them a story she heard somewhere in the human world about a coin that always came back to its owner - was this strange token that they found here that type of returning thing? Suspiciously they rummaged in their pocket - no, the one they found yesterday was still there... and a similar one was lying there in front of them!

Once again, Wylfenne decided to return to the Temple. The whole atmosphere of the shrine was relaxing, and the Fae clearly needed some rest after today's classes; contemplating the sakura was a good way.

Wylfenne positioned themselves comfortably and tried to meditate watching jade and gold patterns of the shrine's ceiling.

But the Fae couldn't manage to concentrate enough. Sun beams were penetrating the windows producing various visual effects: light and shadow were playing around like tiny animals in spring. For a moment Wylfenne thought they'd noticed something... but it was just another trick of light yet.

Wylfenne stood up irritatedly: no meditation for them today. Anyway, at least they can take a walk. Fae briefly visited the second floor gazing at the manuscripts, and was already prepared to leave, when they noticed light falling down to a huge stature in the centre. It was absolutely beautiful; young boil depicted by the sculpture looked like an ancient warrior, cold wisdom sparkling in his eyes. For a moment Wylffenne thought that the statue shares some semblance with their fabulous professor, Invictus, Heir to Conquest... but unfortunately, there was now way to check.
