first song i learned to play was Hypnotize by system of a down. it was a bit tricky, but i got through it. or it could have been smells like teen spirit. idk. the first huge riff i played for millions of months and i still do, is the intro to Raining Blood by Slayer.

[Oblivous] "Smoke on the Water" by Deep Purple. That and "Ironman" by Ozzy. biggrin Next song after that? Harvestor of Sorrow. Metallica, man! XD --- Right now, I'm trying to learn bits of Korn and "All Apologies", by Nirvana. OMFG me too iron man and smoke on the water were my first XD biggrin

Gosh, I can't even remember the first! It think it was "Breathe Easy" by can't remember who . . . it was simple strumming techniques, but full of crazy chords, like Em7, Dsus . . . something like that.

AshWufei very very first? SMOKE ON THE WATER O'COURSE! razz samez but on bass and i dont know the whole song even, It gets frustrating when you have to teach yourself out of a book gonk stare
