but it just felt like I was wasting time.... but maybe you guys would have a better results than I. Rob sent me different information on it, but still. If it helps you with pain or what not, I see no issue with it. http://www.kyrie.com/cp/May God be honored. smile

I clicked wondering what you tried once... I knew you probably weren't talking about weed, so I was more than mildly intrigued...
The first link took me to an article about matching belts with shoes. eek Needless to say... I cracked up pretty hard...
I suppose your second link about centering prayer would be the center of discussion though.
I haven't read through all of the links on the second page, but from what I gather, this is very similar to what I do as meditation. I try to make a habit of taking time and clearing my mind of everything a few times a month. Things just build up, and sometimes I just feel the need to start fresh.
I find it especially refreshing and comforting when I have been actively and extensively pondering certain subjects that cause discomfort, uncertainty, and/or fear for me.

they changed the first one on me... It was on a study about how Meditation can help someone block pain better than morphine and other high end pain killers. It takes some time to learn how to meditate properly, but once done... and those who do it often can ignore as much as 40% of pain while not meditating and more while
Edit: And now I know why.... a story is deleted from that site's server after 120 days, because they are a website for people with internet on their phones.... evil web people....
