Sepheran's wanderings lead him to finding one of the young clan members who was willing to play a game with him. A game that would help him build his senses. His senses, especially his smell was a very important part of him given his lack of good eyesight. Sepheran was happy to agree to the game inhopes to better himself.
When given the scents Sepheran was at first unsure placing the blocks at different areas at different times before finally settling his blocks to resemble 'Wakamurasaki' (Chapter 5, Lavender). Pausing he finally nodded, "I think this is right..." he stated before awaiting the results of how he really did. It was harder then he thought, so he was still a bit unsure of himself.

The young horsemen looked over Sepheran's blocks, shaking his head slightly before showing the correct answer. While the answer was really 'Ukifune' (Chapter 51, Boat on the Water) Sepheran had managed to get one of the patterns right. If only he had changed one block. Perhaps there was some talent in him yet, some more practice and maybe he would be getting it right soon enough.

Sepheran stared across at the adara's a little hesitant at first. He was to choose one for his training and so finally decided on one of the birds on the end. Still a bit hesitant he opened his eyes to take in the blur of the world around him before trying to make eye contact with the adara, unfortunately it was harder for him to know exactly where to look, but the bird didn't seem to mind and he soon felt it nuzzling against him. He smiled happily picking a feather it dropped. Quote: 3: You don't make proper eye contact at first, but soon your adara is nuzzling up to you anyway. It seems you have a natural affinity for dealing with the beasts. A future as a DETH representative might be in the cards. You also obtain one feather.

Still a bit nervous Sepheran took some water and crackers hoping to offer it to his bird in good faith. His nervousness got the better of him however as his shakiness cause him to drop the offerings. He was ready to pick them up when another bird ran right over them. So much for that working... Quote: 6: You drop your water and crackers, watching in dismay as a passing bird tramples them. You fail.

Sepheran has so much fun with the bird yesterday that he wanted to take another chance at getting to know them better. Unfortunately the bird he picked this time felt different about it, much different. Before Sepheran could even get close it ran away in complete terror. Sepheran couldn't help but wonder why that was... Quote: 2: The bird screams in terror and pushes you to the ground before running away. You fail.
