We all know the formula. Cute schoolgirl. Clumsy and a bit of a crybaby...and that's about it. Meets a strange, adorable creature in the street or in her room. Eyes sparkle, "No way!"s are called and before you know it, you have a team of magical girls saving Japan from monsters-of-the-day. No real repercussions. All she has to do is give a shaky laugh and a brilliant smile, tell her parents she was out late studying, and the screen fades to black. Here, our screens fade to black in a slightly different way.
And whoever decided that Japan was the only place these transformations occur was a ******** moron.
This is Philadelphia. One of America's oldest cities. At its center it is beautiful. Old buildings, swanky restaurants. Parks. Pristine upkeep and city life. Outside of this cosmopolitan center, beyond the statue of William Penn adorning city hall, is a grittier life. Poverty, gangs, shootings, muggings. Life is real here, not just a cartoon artist's daydream. People with lives that are great, and lives that are shitty, are living. Life swarming with people...young girls from public school, taking the train downtown for a dinner with the girlfriends at Continental Mid-town or Smith & Wollensky. These are the girls we focus on. These young people, from all over, making wishes. Contracts...
What if I told you I could make one wish of yours come true?

① BASIC RULES Follow the TOS. What I say is law. No Mary Sues. No godmodding. You know. The basic stuff. PM profiles to me, please. You may own up to two characters at one time: one Puella Magi and one civilian. If you are playing the Incubator, you may own him and one civilian. Witches are NPCs.
② LITERACY & POSTS I want a minimum of two, pretty paragraphs per post. Proper spelling and grammar at all times. Please try to jazz up your posts a little bit. I don't want the basic black text and a colored heading. I want some pretty coding. I personally like to include my character's mood, where exactly they are, and what they're wearing.
③ PUELLA MAGI & WITCH Girls may not start out as a contracted Puella Magi unless you have a good reason as part of your character's plot. Contracts may not be made without RPing with Ruubey, the guild's Incubator and mule account. If somebody else would like to create another Incubator, they may, but they must first please PM me with the character's information and how he/it would be incorporated into the plot. If I don't like the idea, I will not accept the character.
Please don't develop your girls too quickly. Even Kyuubey would hate to contract a girl and lose her in a week. Character development is a crucial part of this roleplay. I want to see how your girl's wish really affects her life. When you are ready to turn a girl into a witch, please PM me her witch profile and I will make the required adjustments. Also, as long as we're on the subject of witches, you are free to create all of the witches you want. The more, the merrier, especially as the RP grows and we have more girls! After all, it is a competition for Grief Seeds, right?
