 Deep within the heart of Helios, young Emperor Rine VIII broods in his cold castle. Since assembling the Grimms of Panymium, much weighs upon his tired mind, and though his body has begun to weaken, his resolve fails to flag. His loathing for Plagues is great as ever, and he quietly traces his fingers into a pattern on the woodwork, remembering the blood Plague that disrupted that meeting so easily. No matter what he did, where he went, Plagues caused chaos- and perhaps it was time to combat it. Now they had even poisoned the minds of the faction leaders, led them to almost, dare he say it, oppose him.
He is the emperor, in his cold castle. He thinks of the blood Plague who turned his meeting to chaos. And quietly he knows.
This whole politics schtick is really ******** tedious.

  Indeed, it is done!! All throughout the land, heralds spread the word of the competition, and the factions take sharp notice. This promises to be the most fierce battle that Panymium has ever seen, and the victor is certain to be esteemed in the emperor's favour above all others! So keenly Panymium finds itself gripped with another sort of fever entirely-
DISCO FEVER!ROUND ONE
Panyvision 1412 has two rounds of competition. The first is divided into four divisions based on the four vassal states of Panymium- Shyregoad, Auvinus, Imisus, and Mishkan. Each state's competition is run by its home guild, but anyone may compete whether they are in a faction or not. One victor will be chosen from each vassal state at the end of the week, then will continue to Helios for the FINAL COUNTDOWN CONTEST. Everyone may enter in one kingdom's competition only, and may enter any sort of musical endeavour so long as they created it, from song lyrics, to a comic about their characters performing their song, to anything! The sky is the limit, but only because the sky is not under the jurisdiction of Emperor Rine VIII.

If you've won round one, round two is held in Helios, and despite Rine's total control over Panymium, he has generously decided to let the populace vote for the ultimate Panysong victor! Finalists will be given three days to draft an RP post of their original entry being performed in Helios. Voting will be open for four days, and then the Panysong Idol will be crowned, and bring honour to their faction and their state. They will also get a sweetass commemorative painting and a SECRET SURPRISE!~*~*~*~*~*~*STAY GROOVY, PANYMIUM*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
