They piss me off. I was just hacked today. He/she's using my old account as a mule now. Hopefully my old account will be deleted. b*****d should drop dead and I don't say that about many people. My account was worth like 6mil. Now I'm poor and forced to use one of my mules. Today sucks and I'm still pissed. Hacker is reported, my Inari's Beads=gone, Little Lucie=gone, all my other expensive items=gone. Basically I lost everything I worked my a** off to get. I hate hackers with a passion.

Did you file a hacking report? I did that and got all my items, gold, and account back.

I'd send you an invite to a guild for hacked people but it's been dead for about I wanna say like 8 months? Yeah 8 months.

I got hacked once, as soon as they created the "IP Verification" option, I turned it on. I would suggest that you do the same.

How I felt when I got my account hacked for the first time. I was like this again, but more pissed off and rage-ful when I got hacked a second time.
Yeah...I hope every single person who's a scammer/hacker should quit Gaia.

I hate people who create computer viruses. I got a Trojan on my laptop and had to completely uninstall and re-install Windows and am now trying to get all my s*** back in order. Figuring out which programs I need to reinstall and what was lost. I don't understand what they accomplish besides making people pissed....

All they do is harass people and piss them off. Why do hackers/viruses exist anyway...?

Honestly, people who create viruses, hack and steal information either do it because it is profitable for themselves or companies who may have a use for it or because they are bored and enjoy the misery of others.

Hackers are terrible we just need to be careful when giving out personal information. There's a pretty good guide here on Gaia to avoid being hacked on Gaia, it shows a number of possible ways a person can get hacked on Gaia including phishing PM's etc. Take some time to read it and hopefully you won't ever get hacked again.
