Biography: Brey was born in Germany into a very hectic lifestyle. His family was rather violent, and there was frequent fighting among them. Brey learned to keep to himself, and when he was old enough, he completely detached himself from his chaotic and dysfunctional family. When he moved into the city, he quickly learned the trade of engineering, and it became a passion.
He met a few friends, who knew some people in low places. Brey, being an exceptional engineer and weapon creator, began to sell his illegal products on the underground, gaining associates in low places, taking on the name "Clox." His shop gets plenty of business without the black-market, but he still creates weapons as a hobby.
