So many of you may be familiar with the manga/anime series Cromartie High School. Delinquent high school students, gorillas, robots and the mysterious Freddie.

Many of you may also be aware that there is a Cromartie Movie out there.

I got the chance to see this movie the first chance I got. It's gold, strangely enough! It stays true to the manga (as true as it can) and is overall a very entertaining movie. The actors they selected are near perfect, or very good alterations of the characters (like Hayashida, who does not have his purple mohawk anymore, or Freddie who is simply Hard Gay with green contacts).
