HECTOR IS:
ridiculously cheerful most of the time, happy, and playful
a notorious prankster
someone with very selective hearing unintentionally
addicted to candy and all things sweet - can usually be found with a stash of lollipops somewhere on his person
kindhearted and gentle
a bit anxious lately because of certain things, but he tries to hide this from others
eager to make friends; he is very outgoing and personable
somewhat lost
seemingly oblivious half of the time, but he pays a lot more attention than people think he does
someone who may come off as a dolt sometimes, but he's actually pretty intelligent
someone who doesn't like to be alone most of the time
always trying to help out in some way or another - and sometimes getting in the way because he's so eager to help
the type of person who loves easily but falls in love rarely
extremely loyal and dedicated
someone who is surprisingly independent, but who likes to depend on others
LAB GROWN. Hector comes from the 707 Lab, but as of right now he does not remember anything whatsoever about it. He has lost all of his memories of the Lab, anyone he met there, and his own beloved trainer, Strat.

PLOTS:
More friends. Always more friends. Hector loves people, period.
Someone to catch him pulling a prank.
A best friend that he can lean on.
Possible attractions. Possible. But he tends to be a little hesitant and surprisingly reserved in that area, probably because he's afraid of getting hurt.
A roommate. Hector does not like living alone and isn't used to it; it makes him feel lonely. Gender doesn't matter in this case, can be either male or female.
Interaction with other Lab gijinkas. This could possibly help him regain his memories.
