I am looking for a wig for my Mad Moxxie costume. Right now this is the closest wig I can find. If you know of an online wog shop that has something similar, please let me know ASAP.

You could easily style it do the flippy action... Though just so you know, they sell that same wig cheaper here.
Another good choice might be this one, since it has a tad more flip to it on the bottoms - and if it's still not enough this wig is a bit more open to styling than the other. It might be a tad bit too long, though.
