Reiko was once again surprised by the buzz of her eyephone, with yet another response from Alex. This time, she paused before pulling it up to read. Was she really exchanging texts with some boil she'd barely met? She must seem horribly creepy to him. Maybe that's why his responses took a while. But, well, this was good for her, wasn't it? Interacting with boils a little, even at a distance? Yeah, that was clearly the point of this exercise.
NeoSeussi Text to Alex: War ghouls? Sounds like an experience. Mine was...doppelgangers, of some kind. I think. I'm fine, thank you for asking. It was unsettling, and painful, but I've recovered. What of you? She thought for a moment of asking about Yin, but she didn't need to further up her creeper factor.

Reiko stared at Alex's message in blatant alarm. Kicked in the face, bitten by a giant spider, and kicked around some more?! Were these training sessions designed to kill them? She was beginning to suspect that was not entirely impossible, especially after her own fights with her doppelgangers (and that third..something that was so strange and unfamiliar...) Still, at least she could tell someone about her training.NeoSeussi Text to Alex: That sounds...extremely painful. Creepy is a word for it. I fought myself older and as a Horseman, but my third double was bizarre. Someone in a white coat with yellow trim, using a naginata. Couldn't tell if it was supposed to be me under the cloak and hood.

Reiko stared in abject confusion at Alex's text. Why...did he want to talk to her about this in person? Was there something particularly alarming about what she had encountered in her training? Oh Jack, what was that third thing, that he could explain it but preferred to in person? What kind of bizzare horror had she unwittingly encountered? Well, at least he seemed to know the answer to what it was, so she would find out eventually-in a week, when they spoke in person.NeoSeussi Text to Alex: Ah yes, a blessing of being undead. I am in Famine next week, I will see you then? It was a question simply to avoid the rudeness of assuming.

Reiko hummed as she read the last message from the zomboil. No need to reply at this point, certainly. She turned her phone off and slipped it back into her obi, then left the dorms to do some exploring of the island of Death.

Angenora laid down face first onto her bed with a light smile. Her eyephone screamed quitely as it began to vibrate by her side. She picked it up, turning her head to the side, to see that Sheridan had text her back. Amon Larethian Text Sherdan: "It'll be great to see you before next week's classes. Seems the priestess was quite pleased with us offering our jewelry to her instead of keeping it. At least meditation had got my mind off those trials. It really helps!" She wrote back, hitting send. She felt tired, but knew it was from all the knowledge she had learned during her time with the Death Clan. She learned a new perspective when it came to the light side of death. They weren't really all that bad as she thought, but she knew that Sheridan hated them even more after the trials.

"Of course! Would you be alright with giving me yours as well then?" Imryn asked, reaching out to take Tess' phone with one hand while reaching in her pocket to grab her phone and then offer it to Tess with the other. There was a message there from someone, but not wanting to seem rude, she left it for the time being and focused on putting in her number. "Alright... that should do it then. Thank you very much. I'm not usually so chatty with others, though this has been a lot of fun for me." she admitted. "Maybe, if you have some time, we could meet up and chat a bit more once both of the classes are done with?" There were quite a few things Imryn was curious about, mostly having to do with the other ghoul seemingly missing her other half as well. She'd mentioned that she was undead... so it was possible that she had another half somewhere, but considering her own story was still somewhat of a sore point at times, Imryn decided against coming right out and asking about it.

Lumi walked back to her room after the final day of class. She was unsure what exactly to make of it. She knew the night before at the temple with Julian was probably a mistake but she didn't realise how much of a mistake. She was barely able to talk with him and to even gage his reaction to the who thing. She probably was better off leaving for the isle of conquest she thought to herself. Pulling out her skellyphone she wasn't sure if he had planned on going back to the academy or staying here at the isle until they were taken their separate ways. But decided to try sending him a message any ways. She slowly typed a message out on the screen and nodded, that should be good enough. She wasn't sure if bringing up the night before was a good idea or not given the way class went. Reeshie Hack ...hi Julian...I...sorry we didn't get to talk much on the last day...I hope that you have fun this next week...and if you get to go back to the Academy this weekend have fun there too... Hitting send she flopped down on what she called a bed and stared at the ceiling wondering what the next week would be like.

It was an easy enough task to key in her number into the elemental ghoul's skellular phone. After receiving her own device back, she gave the ghoul a friendly, reassuring smile, "I'm glad you feel comfortable enough with me to be this chatty. It has been lovely for me as well."
Whether the other ghoul had issues with her missing limbs was something Tess wanted to learn about. However, as her other half had the more impulsive and less polite tendencies, the undead asked nothing. If Imryn had issues with her body then Tess was more than willing to remain ignorant of them. Perhaps later when they returned to the Academy, she could get more out of the ghoul. "I think it would be a splendid idea to become more acquainted with each other, even, say after we return to Amity?"
Her phone began to buzz, alerting her of a message. "Oh, pardon me," she apologized to check and smiled to see it was from a certain celestial dragon.Amon Larethian Text to SheridanCan't wait to see you either. You'll have to tell me all about the Clan of War.
