My hair, that is. D:

At the moment my hair is chin-length and slightly oddly layered and bright turqoise.

It's a little bit.. Crazy.

I just cannot figure out what to do with it. Ever.

I'm really bad with hair-related matters, so, y'know. D: Any suggestions on what would look good are very much appreciated.

Alsoalsoalso: Any tips for make-up in consideration to my facial type and eye [grey/blue/green]/hair colour would also be helpful. I'm, like, very much a -"DARKEYESHADOWLOTSOFEYELINERDONE" person but it's far from elegant and it gets very tiring.

I've never had hair that short, so I can't say that I can give any recommendations on that-- cute pigtails always look nice on short hair, though? Far less slutly than on girls with them high, high, high on the tops of their heads. Ah.. Perhaps pigtails and little clips to hold them in place?

As for makeup, have you tried out any liquid liner or soft-stick liner, before? If you're careful, you can get a very, very fine line with it. After having made that line across the top and bottom lids, add a dusting of whatever color you'd like to use [I'd say either a similar shade to what you've died your hair, or a complete, contrasting color like pink-peach] along the edge of the lining. This trick generally works well with black liner because you can blend the shadow into it and decrease the darkness of it.

Also, since you've got a lip-piercing, I'd recommend just using a transparent, shiny gloss on your mouth. Particularly on the lower lip-- it makes it look softer. Maybe, if you feel like it, use the kind that has little glitterybits [personally, that... eh. It's hit or miss. With a piercing, I'd not recommend it, but you can always experiment a bit before deciding]. I think it'd look very nice, either way, since your mouth is sort of pouty and full, already.

P.S. I really do like the new hairstyle you've got-- I remember having seen it when you had it longer. This style seems much more sleek and sophisticated [Read: Grown Up, Good thing!] than what I remember having seen before.

My hair looks a lot the same actually ^^; What I used to do is I parted it down the middle, then tied the top half of each side up into pigtails, high on my head. Then I would wrap the ties with lots of long and colored ribbon ^^

I especially loved doing this on days I worked or had school, since I had to tie my hair up anyways, and this way it was both up AND looked cute ^^ I eventually stopped doing this just cause... well I really don't like tieng my hair up >_> (bad experience when I was young, at my current job I don't really have to tie it up if I can stuff it all in my hat and it doesn't fall out)

The other thing that you can always do is curl it ^^ Curls are cute on long hair, but absolutly ADORABLE on short ^^ Tie up the top half first if you don't like it hanging on your eyes.
