Instructions
1) Log in
2) Click "Your Randomizers"
3) For the "generalrumors" randomizer, click the "modify images" icon to the right
4) Click "Browse" and select your image file
5) Click "Upload"
6) Rinse and repeat as desired
7) SAVE the updated randomizer otherwise it won't update.

3) You can post rumors about your own character
4) If you post rumors about another's character, it must have basis in RP-events
5) It is ENTIRELY up to the player of character who a rumor is about to decide whether a rumor is true, not true, or partially true
6) If this system is abused, mistreated, or there is trouble resulting from the use of this system it will be shut down
7) DO NOT CHANGE THE PASSWORD
