Could've sworn there was a tag team named 'Sports Entertainment X-treme' that was in TNA.

Well that doesn't matter at all. Because Its obviously different. So don't try to act like were taking anything. Who even pays attention to TNA.

Could've sworn that Mardy and Samoa Dan were famous Stoners on Gaia...

I'd like to file infringement charges against the OP.

You can't exactly call a 'gimmick' when it's smoking weed.
Not to mention the fact that you leave every couple of weeks after you return, so you're no longer relevant.

In all seriousness, that character and gimmick wasn't great any way, so if any one wants the 'copyright' to it, then feel free; you'll have to have a legal battle with Jeff Hardy though, as it's pretty much his gimmick 24/7.

Forgot that piece of s**t as well. To be honest, any guy who returns to a WWE Pay-Per-View event (Royal Rumble) just to build up some hype for themselves, then turns around and goes to a rival company is a douche.

That works vice-versa as well.
