For me, I guess it really depends on the part of the story... but I always enjoyed reading about Arya, just because she's my favorite character and she always seems to be doing something exciting.

For me, both Arya and Tyrion are awesome to follow. Arya is always getting into trouble and finding her way out again, plus it's great to see how the entire world is seen through her eyes, rather than adults who shape the conflict she's unwillingly part of.
Tyrion is just great because there's constantly a new suprise around the corner. His is a rather complex storyline but mixed with funny moments and shocking ones. His overall character is so great lol

We do have choices. Perhaps my opinion isn't limited to just the first book, but I always really look forward to the Tyrion chapters, even though they can be incredibly frustrating, considering how hard he tries to do the right thing and how often he is completely thwarted.
I also look forward to Arya's chapters, because she's too awesome to not love. Same with Dany, though I didn't really start appreciating her until the second book. Now she's one of my favorites, and having an entire book without Dany was pretty rough.
...I choose to go down swingin'.

For me it was Jon Snow, just feeling like the outcast all the time but finding happiness in joining his uncle at the wall. I can kind of relate to him in that way.

I may have to go with my fav being Jon's POV because primarily of the northern story and how different it is with the rest of the books mayhaps. Jon is not even in my top 10 fav characters but the story itself of the north was intriguing. Maybe the wake up call for him as well was entertaining.

for me it's a toss up between Arya, Jon and Tyrion.
but i think i'd say Tyrion just for his humor.

I love the game and nobody plays it quite like Tyrion. Littlefinger and Varys are just as good but play it differently. When I see his name in bold letters I always get as exited as a kid on Christmas. Arya is second followed by poor dead Ned.

i loved following Daenerys' transformation from a helpless girl to a Khaleesi. we've all felt helpless, but Daeny overcame it all (as of the first book)
