Hey everyone! I recently found out that I am borderline anemic, so now I am on iron and B-12 supplements. But I still get really dizzy and all, and I really want to feel better. If you guys could reccomend any iron-rich foods I would really appreciate it 3nodding

Broccoli, green/red peppers, tomatoes, tomato juice, peas, potatoes, orange juice, canatalope, strawberries, grapefruit, brussel sproutes, oranges, cabbage. :3 hope this helped!

mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, scalloped potatoes, roasted potatoes, fried potatoes, boiled potatoes, potatoes and gravy, sweet potatoes, sweet potatoe pie, shepeards pie, loaded potatoe, grilled potatoe, raw potatoe...

Oysters are pretty rich in iron. I always fill a whole plate with it when I visit sushi buffets emotion_kirakira . (but don't eat too much of it otherwise you'll get diarrhea emotion_donotwant )

meat in generally is rich in iron. i believe liver is really rich in it but i dont like liver so i say eat it if u really really want to but no thank you for me razz

You could also gnaw on a piece of iron. That should work out fine with absolutely NO possibility of harming yourself in any way whatsoever...at all...ever.

the kid's vitamin supplements with iron actually have more, do better, and taste good when compared to adult ones
