The Mystic Caverns
The Historical spot only found in White Beard Peak. As the Legend says about Lynn Xing, a Dragon Goddess, believed in a deep slumber at the heart of the said cave after leading the epic war between the races against the trolls and ogres.
The place is highly prohibited, for it is rumored that the said place is being guarded by a Wendigo, an ice monster that whosoever trespass its territory wouldn't make it out alive..

then speak like a gentleman... "Not that it will do any good," Gray said. "Have you noticed how stubborn all the females at Rosentale are? Do you think it's something in the water, perhaps?"
When they reached the bottom, there was barely any light filtering up from the top. Not much snow had reached down here but it was certainly damp and the smell of wet earth and mold was rich in the air. He could hear water dripping, and echoing. One thing he didn't hear, was his golem. He wasn't sure if that was good or bad. "Light would be good about now," he told Severin.
As he shuffled around in the near dark, his foot hit something, sending it scooting across the floor. He frowned slightly, trying to search it out in the dark. His eye had yet to adjust to the light, but he stooped to feel around in the direction he thought it had gone, and his hand closed on what felt like a small box.
"I found something," he said.

 Severin Novaire "Literature is complex and one really has to think to understand it."________________________Severin drew a circle in the air and it began to glow and float beside them emitting light. As it floated, small amounts of Severin's energy was being drained from the effort.
Severin wrinkled his nose, not a big fan of the cave's smell. And the spookiness of it had him on edge, but he tried not to show his fear and attempted to keep himself composed. It was his man pride at stake after all.
"Ah, you could be right. The females of Rosentale are all quite scary." Severin sighed. He heard the sound of something being kicked and Gray mentioned finding something. "What did you find?" Severin asked as he went over to inspect what Gray had found. ________________________ "The beauty of it is that literature never hits me if I misunderstand. "

then speak like a gentleman...Gray blinked in the sudden light, frowning when he saw what was in his hand. It was the box of contacts he and Chea had purchased for Severin. The problem was--her body was no where around.
He handed the box to Severin. "These. Chea bought them for you. She definitely fell down here but there's no body anywhere. And I don't see my golem. If it had found her body, it would have shut down here." He sighed, both relieved and annoyed. Glancing back at Severin, he said, "The good news is, it means she's not dead."
"Bad news...she must have gone into the caverns."

Severin Novaire "Literature is complex and one really has to think to understand it."________________________"Contacts?" Severin said with a frown as he took the box from Gray. He actually wasn't fond of contacts. He's often tried to wear them before but because he always kept accidentally stabbing his eyes on accident trying to get them on, he just stopped bothering with them. "Well... I'll be sure to say my thanks to her after I scold her. Even though I don't think she'll really listen, it's for myself really." Severin said.
Severin clenched his fist. Journey to dark and scary. He wanted to move closer to Gray, but that would be awkward. Just... awkward. Severin hated how he got scared so easily. How Chea was supposed to walk through here alone was beyond him.
"Well, let's go deeper in the caverns quickly so we can hurry up and take her back out of here." Severin said. ________________________ "The beauty of it is that literature never hits me if I misunderstand. "

then speak like a gentleman..."Yes, I tried to talk her out of it," Gray said. "But she was adamant. Imagine that. Apparently it was to be a goodbye gift." He gave Severin a slight grin. "You know she stole a pair of your glasses to be able to get those for you. I don't know about you, but I have to at least admire that kind of sneaky determination."
He sighed. Fat lot of good it did her. "But yes, let's head in. He started into the caves slowly, picking his way over the stone carefully. There wasn't much light even with Severin's spell--though it was better, by far, than nothing. As he scrambled over a small rise in the floor, his foot came down on something that made a distinctive crunch. The kind of crunch you heard in the dark and started cursing because you knew you'd just broken something you really did not want to break.
"Damn!" he hissed. He didn't know what he'd broken, but he figured it at least warranted a mild expletive. Lifting his foot, Gray frowned slightly. That was...wait. "My golem?" Why was his golem here? It wasn't even green and he didn't think stepping on it could have caused that much damage. It looked like had probably already been broken.
Something broke it before it found Chea. Leaning to pick up a piece, his brow creased in a frown, Gray took another step forward and--thunk.
Wait.
Thunk?
And...what did he just hit his face on? He could feel the faint thrum of magic as well. What was---oh. Bugger.
"Severin, my lad. I do believe there is a magic barrier just here."
...and no one will notice

He wanted to attempt to try talking Chea out of coming here, but she had to pick sledding as their pastime before all this trouble. Sledding did not give people a chance to talk. It just made people scream and wet their pants. No, not in that way. He meant wet pants as in snow sogged up pants. Seriously!
If only Chea had picked sleigh riding or a walk in the forest. Then he could have had a chance to talk her out of it. Severin jumped when he heard a crunching and the moment of unfocus made the dim light that showed the way flicker.
"It was just your golem? What's wrong?" Severin asked and then Gray answered. There was a magic barrier. Severin touched the magic barrier. It was definitely not an amateur's work. "s**t..." Severin sighed as he pounded his fist against it.
It only left his fist stinging. "This might take a long time for me to undo. I can make a magic circle that can break it, but it takes a long time to draw and a lot of my power. If we do this... I won't be much help if there's danger behind the barrier." Severin said. with a frown. "Is there some way to contact the lodge for some extra help down here? Perhaps at least Sylth or Suzanne." Suzanne could easily get down here with her shadow abilities, but he doubted she would be useful since that was all she could do really. ________________________ "The beauty of it is that literature never hits me if I misunderstand. Then smiled.. "I believe you were looking for someone out there.." She glanced over the depths of the caverns.. Then stared at both of them. "The person you were looking is not there anymore..."
Looking at Severin.. "You were just going to waste your energy if you'll attempt to pass through the barrier..It's powerly build and only the daughter of the Dragon Goddess can only make her way through that protective wall.." ❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖ "...I will take you completely..

then speak like a gentleman..."By that, you mean that Chea is the daughter of the dragon goddess?" Gray asked, frowning. He cast a sidelong look at Severin. Well, catching the attention of a demi-goddess wasn't a bad fate for a man who seemed so mundane. That was, of course, if this woman was to be believed.
He wasn't all that shocked to find some kind of guardian or other. But he had expected a big hairy monster and not a beautiful woman.
"But we can't just leave Chea here. Or--you said she wasn't here anymore. Where is she? Is she alive?"

Severin Novaire "Literature is complex and one really has to think to understand it."________________________Severin jumped at the sudden voice behind him and ended up finding a woman. Severin frowned as Gray commented about what she said.
Really? Chea didn't seem to have that kind of important air and a demi-goddess seemed like a lot of work to deal with. Severin probably read too many literature on myths to think that way but he felt like he was going to get more headaches if she still had her memories.
"Then what is going to happen to her?" Seveirn asked. ________________________ "The beauty of it is that literature never hits me if I misunderstand. "

and dreams...." ❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖ The lady nods as a respond to Gray then spoke.. "The only offspring... who possessed the last generation of the Dragon's blood." While she gently grasp on her pendant and looking at the crest..
"Fear not... She's alive.. But the poor girl is rejuvinating her wounds from what she received after the fall.." Looking up to the upper part where the light used to pass.. "Since you seemed so unconvinced. It would be my pleasure to demonstrate how to break the spell of this barrier in order for you to go through and see for yourselves."
She walked ahead of them.. Facing the invincible barrier.. She took the pendant from her neck then extend her hands while reciting a spell.. Soon enough, it glowed releasing a slight breeze of cold air until the barrier is gone..
The lady glanced back at them.. "There... It's open.." Then backed away.. She smiled at Severin and her eyes were caught on the box he was holding.. "You finally received the contact lens.." ❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖ "...I will take you completely..

then speak like a gentleman...Gray was uncomfortable with this. First the woman told them to leave, then she was letting them in and....wait. How did she know about the contact lenses? He moved closer to Severin just because it made him uncomfortable the woman was focusing on him and if this was a trick or something, he wanted to be prepared in case she went for the other man first.
"Just who exactly are you?" he asked. "If we go in there, what will we see? There's no reason to be cryptic. We simply want to make sure Chea is okay--will we see her if we got through there?"

Gray also seemed aware of it and moved so that it'd be easier to snatch Severin away so Gray could make a run for it. This is what he gets for going with Gray. He should have brought Sylthfreiyn. He usually is calm about these kinds of things and he has pretty words to back himself up.
"Yes. I don't understand why you can't just be straightforward. It's confusing for us, you know." Severin added. "Usually I don't mind reading into situations, but that's only in literature. In real life, I think it's much better to have a thorough explanation."
And besides, she hasn't been answering their questions. They just wanted to know if Chea would be okay and if she was safe and if they could just take her back to the surface world already. As she faced them once more.. Her expression changed.. "I'm sorry.. I won't allow you to take her with you.. Like I've said..She's fine... For now let her rest for a while.. after being literally wounded physically and..." Then glance over Severin.. "..emotionally.." She worn the necklace again..
"My name is Colleen Xing..." Then she raised her hand towards them.. "For now, I shall teleport you back to the lodge.. That was Chea asked for when I finally find you both.." After her words, they were engulf by a blinding light then gone! ❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖❖ "...I will take you completely..
Without exemptions..." *teleports them outside to the lodge* ((I edit.. I slept in front of my lappy.. I'll post next to the lodge once you both replied >.<))
