Lilygwen Sammirah Hey guess what! I've been doing WiiFit every day for eight days and I've lost 3 lbs! gaia_nitemareleft Awesome! You go Girl! whee gaia_angelright Thanks Lily! Today was Day 17 of WiiFit. I've gained a some of it back, but I have a feeling it might be muscle since my waist has been steadily decreasing, and my body already feels stronger from the yoga.

They have renovated it and bought some new equipment and I really like what they've done. It's so much better than the stuff they had before. gaia_angelright

Does it have like, a better atmosphere? That can make a difference, too.

That can make a difference, too. gaia_nitemareleft In the end what matters is how you feel when you look at the mirror. The numbers doesn't count if you feel good. smile The atmosphere yes, but mostly the new machines are so well thought regarding the way your joints move and where the movements "effect" that it's a joy to use them. gaia_angelright

gaia_nitemareleft I went today to this body analyze stuff and apparently 40% of my mass is fat. Good thing is that the other half is muscles so I'm not completely "lost cause". My visceral fat (the dangerous one that covers your organs) is well within the tolerance rate so no alarming news in that part. Still, that made me think and I really need to do something because my situation is not healthy. gaia_angelright

“On this home by horror haunted--tell me truly, I implore:" Why I decided to join: Support is a good thing! Current Weight: 119kg Goal Weight: 85kg How I feel (mentally/physically): Much better since I started this diet! My method/plan for losing weight: The 17 Day Diet Exercise (optional): I walk my dog and clean house
My wife and I have been on the 17 Day Diet for a while now and I've already dropped a clothing size. I started the diet at 124kgs and am thrilled that it's working. It's an easy plan to stick with, at least for us. We don't want to put too much thought & effort into meals and this suits us well. I've started sooooo many diets and never stuck with them until now. Part of it is philosophy...I understand where the doctor/author is coming from and his advice/outlook has been helpful & insightful.

gaia_nitemareleft Whoa, long time since I've made an update in here. So here's what have been happening. My weight started rising up again around end of the year and before I noticed, I was back at the same figures as before. The body analyze was a really eye opening for me and I've started to do some changes in my eating habit with the help of my wellness coach. I've started to eat these dinner substitue shakes and that has really helped with my well being and weight control. So after almost half an year, here's my current status with two additional information that I want to keep track of: Current Weight: 76kg (167 lbs) Weight change since last update: -0,8kg (-3lbs) How I feel (mentally/physically): Strong, energetic and "light" Exercise (optional): Gym twice a week, I use always stairs not lifts etc. How did the week go?: The info on how my last half an year has gone is stated in the first paragraph. This last week has really went well. I'm again gaining energy. Body fat: 37,8% (-2,2% from the first measurements) Muscle mass: 46,7kg (+1kg since last measurement) gaia_angelright

gaia_nitemareleft Looks like this is becoming a once a month update but that's still something, eh? whee Current Weight: 75,5kg (165 lbs) Weight change since last update: -0,5kg (-2lbs) How I feel (mentally/physically): Strong, full of energy and enthusiasm Exercise (optional): Gym twice a week, walks/jogging on the other days How did the week go?: Good, but my weight is getting stuck again. I need to add more exercise to my routine because I think my eating is now well balanced. There might be some tweaking with meal sizes because when you exerciser more, you tend to eat more in a one go, but it would be better to increase the number of times you eat than the scale of one lunch. smile Body fat: 37,8% (no new figures since my scale haven't arrived yet! gonk ) Muscle mass: 46,7kg (no new figures since my scale haven't arrived yet! gonk ) gaia_angelright

Why I decided to join: I do not feel well in my skin, I would like to be pretty and skinny. And above all I would like to wear hot pants!!! And skinny jeans! I wasn't so skinny for my teenage time... I am affraid it's not the best period of my life to lose weight because I do breast feeding and I would like to continue this for the time my baby girl- Kamilla - loads the two years age. Current Weight: 152 pounds (69 kilogram) Goal Weight: 132 pounds (60 kilogram) How I feel (mentally/physically): Awful. I am ashamed on the beach and everywere, my only excuse is my litle baby in my arms. My main problem is my bottom, I am a pear type women, I have skinny bust, and "fat" bottom. sad My girlfriends used to say, that my arms are so thin, like an anorexic (it's an overstatement, I think), but below my waist - ooohhhh. sweatdrop I have about 2 size differences between upper and bottom side of my body. My method/plan for losing weight: To do exercises and counting calories, I have a lots of experiences in these, because before the baby I've managed to lose about 14 kilogram- 30 pounds. Exercise (optional): elliptical trainer, jogging.
