The Sector 7 Slums is where the vigilante group known as AVALANCHE resides. One of their members, Tifa, owns a bar here named Seventh Heaven. The bar also serves as a kind of home base for AVALANCHE, which is perfect because they get free drinks. The leader of the group is a man named Barret, and he even managed to pull Cloud into their mix.
Other notable locations in the Slums are the training hall, the item/materia shop, and the weapon shop. While this is a peaceful location, there are times when Nobodies and Heartless show up. In fact, this seems to be a popular hangout for lesser Nobodies, so you can generally expect to find a lot of Dusks and Creepers here if nothing else.
