Personality: Strong-willed. Opens up to people easily. Very likable and friendly. She loves nature and the ocean. Can easily be made jealous. A bit on the wild side.
Short Bio: Kaya was born in District 4, but was not trained to be a tribute. She simply went spear-fishing with her father, and lived a happy childhood. He passed away when his boat sank, along with its crew. However, this made her family grow even closer together. Kaya has two brothers, one older and one younger, and an older sister. She was called in the reaping, and accepted the role quietly. When learning of the fact that two tributes could survive, it installed hope in her for her chance at actually surviving the Hunger Games. She seems to fit in with the Capitol hustle and bustle.
Weapon of Choice: Anything, really. She likes her father's pocket knife the most, however, since it has the most utilities. She can throw a spear fairly well, too.
Skills: Making spears quickly, flexibility, quick-thinking.
Weaknesses: Is easy to fool. Kaya does not know what kinds of berries are poisonous or not. Very weak physically. She cannot fight in close combat. When it comes to weaving/sewing, she has no skills whatsoever.
