The house was old, as was obvious by the loud creak of the floorboards and the amount of dust Xochiquetzal inhaled when she first took a breath. Despite the glowing lights that one could see from outside, the area she had stepped into was rather.. dark. She stood still to allow her eyes to adjust while she tried to make out the various shapes scattered around – but she could already guess that this was a kitchen of some sort. She closed the door, cutting off the sudden thick fog that began to slither it's way inside, and moved forward, keeping her hands out in front of her to assure herself she wasn't going to bump into anything. “..Kasie?” She called quietly, noticing then that there hadn't been a crash or a boom or much of anything to indicate the girl had gotten in. She hurried along with that thought, not wanting her to have ended up standing outside with nowhere to go.

But, before she had gotten far, her hand brushed up against a switch on the wall. She paused and flicked it, but nothing happened! She pushed it up and down several times before a flicker of light up the stairs caught her eyes. She tested it again – ah, yes. It seemed some upstairs room was connected to the switch down here. Strange. She turned it off one last time before turning into the living room – ah, there she was. “Kasie.” She greeted the coat rack form she saw infront of her. “Do you recall.. the windows in which the lights were seen?
