Do you or anyone you know participate?
If you don't know what it means, it refers to collecting as much urine as tolerable in a toilet and waiting until someone makes a bowel movement to flush it. It conserves water usage, lowers the bill.
My toilet is currently leaking/running, so I turn the water off until I need to take a dump or I have company coming over. The maintenance people came to fix it, but it didn't work.
