Background: Annibelle was born too two weapons one a gun and the other a blade. Together they made her a bladed gun whip. She traveled around with them and their meisters and learned many things about herself.

Abilities: She can transform her left arm into the bladed whip and the blades come apart so she can use some of the blades herself. When she transforms into the gun the whip is attached at the butt of the pistol.

Likes: Coffee, candy, and nice people.

Dislikes: Rude people, the dark, and brutal fights.

Personality: Let's just say I wouldn't wanna be around myself a lot. I am kinda nice but if you piss me off I can kill you myself.

And she reminds me of Justin Law from Soul Eater.
Justin Law is a weapon, and his weapon is a guillotine. He trained by himself just like your character, and Justin made himself a Death Scythe by the age of 13. He's very skilled.
So what I'm getting at is...your character is pretty much Justin Law in Girl Form but with a different weapon biggrin
