Small back story: Allegra grew up in Salerno in Southern Italy. She is a very lively and friendly person but dangerous when she is angered. She has never been quite as 'normal' as the other kids that she grew up with. Allegra has always been able to feel when things aren't quite right and has noticed that the weather seems to be affected by here mood. She is still trying to figure these things out and thought this school would be a good place.
