Hio's parents were two shinobies from different villages that met during the first encounter with the enemy, they fall in love almost in sight and constantly visited each other. Months after they had been together Nelliel got pregnant and was unable to keep up with the enemies tracing and helping her village but rather had to stay behind and just pray that her husband would return safely to her. The day of Hio's birth her father couldn't be present due that his village was under attacked and he was assigned to protect the Kage so he had to wait for another 12 days before seen his precious little daughter. The day of Hio's 10th birthday was tragic both her parents were assassinated by a member of the enemy clan and made the small girl watch as they did. Her mother to save her life used the reverse shadow jutsu to transport her to the Sunagakure village where Hio would start her life.
Hio was adopted into the Sunagakure due to her early age and the fact that she had lost both her parents to such a horrible death. Hio swore that day to herself that she wouldn't rest until all the people who had killed were dead and the villages were safe once and for all. Hio despite been originally for Amegakure devoted herself to the Sunagakure as it was now her village and she would defend it and protect it. She always excelled at Genjutsu due to her impressive chakra control and determination. She would never stop practicing until her chakra was too low or she had mastered the technique, soon after she graduated from the Academy she visited the Amegakure and placed flowers on both her parents graves and gently lay a strand of her hair for them as that was the day she would start a new life as a Genin and train to become stronger and made them pay for killing their parents. Soon after she returned to Sunagakure she decided it was time to speak to the Kage and begin her new life as a true shinobi.

As Hio heard the guy speak she gently began to walk towards him and once she was in front of him. "I did not mean to interrupt your training I was just walking by when I saw you " Hio said with a polite tone as she continued to ran her fingers though her hair and look at the guy.
