I'm just another prisoner in this jail,
I'm just another lost soul in this Hell.
I'll never be out on bail.
The torture begins when the "King" rings the bell.
The other souls can hear me cry and wail.
The dark abyss, I tried to escape, but I fell.
Screaming for help, but my help will only fail.
It only gets worse; will we ever rebel?

I thought there was a God.
Swallowing religion is what got me here.
He was just a fraud.
Even took my love, my dear.
I am ignored when I pray to my Lord. <(I love that line)
Now I must stay in the afterlife, living in fear.
No care for the innocent, he wiped out the evil world.
Still the paradise he promised seems nowhere near.

Where are the streets of silver, the sidewalks of gold?
I can only notice flames and blood-stained rock.
Where are the divine, the young and the old?
I've only seen the evil, cruel and inhumane with souls so twisted and dark.
Where is the God, so kind, the one of whom we were told?
The one I know is merciless, with no remorse and a jet black heart.

Embrace the darkness and embrace the pain.
Don't beg for mercy, unless you are dumb.
In the end there is nothing to lose or anything to gain.
Take it enough and your body will go numb.
But take it too long you will surely go insane.
The last idiot screamed until they were done.
After awhile you get used to the bloody rain.
We're all doomed, but someday I’m gonna run
