Well I just got it cleared with my boss to get that weekend off, but now registration is closed. crying Waaah!
But my question is, if we get there Thursday, can I buy my full-weekend pass that day, or do I have to come in Friday Morning and buy it then? I really hope I can Thursday, since that was my ultimate plan to begin with.
Well I hope to hear from someone soon.
Also if anyone wants to meet up and hang out, please feel free to post too. smile

best way to get your question answered would probably be to email them. You can also use the forum (which I always do).
Just go to the main page and the last link in the top bar should be the forum. You have to register at the forum, but there is a LOT of good info there and they're really helpful.

Nerukai You have to wait until Friday morning. I must do the same thing. Hmm... I figured that would be the case, I was just hoping I could do it thursday, since half of my group is pre-reg. But oh well. I guess I'll just get up real early and get my badge. smile Maybe I'll see you there. lol

That's how we did it last year.

Only pre-reg can pick up memberships Thursday BUT there are no panels Thursday either. Many people show up thursday and hang out smile you are still welcome to do so since only staff are allowed in convention spaces Thursday.
Pre-Reg and Reg locations and times have changed for 2012
At-Con Registration will take place on the first floor at the Grand Hyatt Seattle Hotel, which is one block north from the WSCC at 721 Pine Street. Not in the convention center like last year. 4/06 Friday 6am to 9pm 4/07 Saturday 6am to 9 pm 4/08 Sunday 8 am to 1 pm
Pre-Registration will also NOT be int he convention center this year but be on the third floor at The Conference Center, which is across the street from the WSCC on Pike Street. 4/05 Thursday 12noon to 9pm 4/06 Friday 6am to 9pm 4/07 Saturday 6am to 9pm 4/08 Sunday Closed

Wait, so does that mean there are two area's for registration throughout the con? Will there be signs posted as to where to find it? Then what's going to happen to the space that is usually used for registration? Or is it a secret? whee

The space usually registration is to expand the exhibitors hall and will include the artist alley and small press i think this year. Here is a pic of where reg should be this year I think i'll make an announcement on this.
