Bio: Hizaki Tonamoshi is part of a sub species of Vampires that does not use blood to survive, but to use his powers. His power allows him to control Lightning. Hizaki also prefers to be called by his last name. He is unusually tall for his species but doesn't know much due to the fact that he somewhat kills himself to forget things by Injuring himself to near death and using high voltages of lightning from storms to bring his self back to life. He forgets everything but his name and human speech. He often uses it when he falls in love with someone but loses them through death or break up to save his self from the stress and pain. Oddly he never forgets he can do this neither
