Name: Haru Ulakatsu (pronouced:OO-LAH-KAHT-SOO)

Background: He is the youngest of three children (2 male, 1 female). He is the son of a formor Meister , named Hazamune Ulakatsu, and former Weapon, Hime Ulakatsu. He is the great grandson of the Lotus Flower Witch.

Partner: ???

Abilities: Able to sense souls up to 5 miles away and has full control of his soul waves allowing him to pump up his hand-to-hand combat.(of which he has almost mastered 3 martial arts: Tae Kwon Do, Ninjutsu, and Krav Maga)

Likes: Tough battles, strong opponents, and training

Dislikes: Sitting and doing nothing, Show offs

Personality: Haru is a Quiet assassin in nature as such he doesn't yell or make his self known and so he tends to sneak up on people and scare them. He also perfers not to waste time on small details....However he's slightly short tempered and hates show offs.

2. Lotus Bazooka(shoots a rocket made of soul waves)
3. Lotus Detination(shoots a bomb made of soul waves)
4. Lotus Gattiling(shoots 100 bullets made of soul waves)
5. 200 Years of Death(Shoots a Semi-powerful orb of soul waves)
6. 2,000 Years of Death(Shoots a powerful orb of soul waves)
7. 2,000,000 Years of Death(Shoots a Mega-powerful orb of soul waves)
8. Lotus Destruction(Destroys a whole building or a half an army[requires all of his soul waves]leaving nothing but rubble)
9. Lotus Eratication(Destroys a whole town or a whole army[requires all of his soul waves and for him to focus for 3 mins.]leaving nothing but dust)
10.Final Lotus Blade(Destroy everything in a huge explotion including the user[hince "Final"])
