There aren't that many great mods for Skyrim yet, but you might want to check Skyrim Nexus for updates.

I like the soul calibur weapons and most hair mods... The floating island over riverrun j/k riverwood is neat but I would add some people to it. I also like the assassians creed armor

...I saw the naked lady mod....where all the women in skyrim do not have clothes...all the way down to their birthday clothes

well i just found skyrimnexus and joined it and made a big list like monster hunter weapons and berserk black swordsman armor (anime armor if you never seen berserk)

Im planning on getting the PC version too. I did enjoy it on the xbox360 but, the real fun is the mods. different weapons, enhance armor (nighting gale armor), and other things..... ninja

CBBE slim by Caliente
ApachiiSky Hair
Performance:
Skyboost
Armor:
Winter White Saviors hide
Assassins Creed Armor
(Some others I can't remember... for CBBE)
Spells:
Resurrection Spell
Dovahkiin Relaxes too
Followers:
Ultimate Follower Overhaul
Oblivious horses
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
All from Skyrim Nexus. With the exception of CBBE being installed with SteamWorkshop.

I almost forgot, I found a mod called The Paarthurnax Fix. SPOILERS? (Highlight after this to see) : The Paarthurnax fix allows you to continue to be friendly with the Blades, WITHOUT having to kill Paarthurnax. When Esbern tells you to kill him, it gives another option, and you will remain on good terms with both the Blades, and the Greybeards.
