City Market is a part of the oldest section of Elmira and has a variety of shopping stores and eating places. Music and other festivals are hosted her through out the year and is a popular hang out spot for the students. Not far from is River Street and the river's name is Chemung. (Yes, there is an actual river running through the real town of Elmira and that's it's name. Didn't know that until today. )
