So last Wednesday I had to get my kids to their dental appointment. Since I don't have a car, I called a cab. The man on the phone said "Sure, I'll send one over in in 45 minutes. I was outside waiting with my kids, my oldest is autistic, so that was a challenge. My daughter was saying "What's taking so long, mommy?" I was really pissed off. It had been one hour and no cab. My son was having a meltdown.I called the cab company and said "I called an hour ago and still no cab." He said "I didn't send one cause I didn't think you really mean't it. Okay, I'll send one in 15 minutes" He was laughing on the phone. Then the cab came. I didn't tip the driver. After their cleanings were done, we waited 20 minutes for the next bus. Yesterday my daughter was sick and I had to get her from school, so I called a different cab company. This man said "A cab will be over in 15 minutes." I waited on the porch and five minutes later, to my amazement, the taxi was there! From now on I'll stick with the second cab company.

That's really horrible. I'd file a complaint. But that's just me. I wouldn't stand for that kind of thing.
