I've been trying to lose weight well I have been losing weight. Its just that I don't have the motivation to keep going at it. The only thing that's actually motivating me is that I have high blood pressure, but that alone isn't enough to get me going QQ

Aww, sounds similar to a problem I had at some point. Running on the track everyday was starting to get really boring, but it was a sacrifice I had to make in order to keep in shape. One thing that caused me to work out more was keeping a scale in my room and weighing myself once a day. Having other people to exercise with keeps you motivated as well biggrin .
