Appearance: Surprise me! ^-^ I LOVE surprises! Though, I love big eyed innocence. <3 as a reference of what I mean. xD
Personality: Innocent, Loving, Kind, Talkative, and Vain
Adara always means well, no matter what she says or does. She is a very sweet girl, looking for the best in others, just like her father. One fault of hers is her vanity. Whether other's view her as 'beautiful', she definitely likes to look her best, and she will not be afraid to ask, "Don't I look pretty today?" Of course, her father has not helped that because he admires her no matter her looks.
Adara believes that her beauty will in turn give her the world. She thinks that she is the most majestic creature ever, despite what others think, and loves to be the center of attention. Even when other people become upset or try to tell her that she is being vain or prideful, she doesn't take them seriously, assuming they must be joking. Trying to act sweet, kind, and innocent is one way that she hopes to make friends. Her interaction with others is very similar to her fathers, though she loves playing house and pretending to be a mother to dolls and different toys. She wants love, attention, and to be able to have something or someone to love and care for.
Adara will always try to be as kind as possible, because that's how Havain has raised her. She was told to always do her best and be sure to always be kind and loving to others. Loving in Havain's words were more of a synonym for being kind, but she wants more out of life. Being in love, as soon as she learns what that truly means, is all she will want from her life. She wants to grow and start a family. A beautiful family full of her sons and daughters.
Adara's need for love and attention stems from her father's constant admiration for her. Just because she needs that attention doesn't mean she can't compliment it with a good personality. She thinks that if she acts like her father, she will gain many friends, and if she acts like her father and takes care of her appearance, she will gain many more friends, maybe even some crushes and loves. She has always been a girly girl about things like that. Even at a young age Adara will be kind of a flirt. That's just how she is.
One thing Adara despises is being alone. The fact that she is constantly in a state of wanting attention means that when she is alone, she goes stir crazy. She loves being able to talk to people, and she does a lot of talking, getting to know others, telling others about herself, all of these things are a necessity in her life. If she isn't able to talk to someone, especially someone she adores, she will literally go mad.
Likes: Girls, guys, flirting, the thought of love and being in love, flowers, her own beauty, doing her hair, being around others.
Dislikes: Other selfish people, being wet, being alone.
Hobbies: Collecting bird feathers and picking flowers she deems beautiful.
Powers Bellowing Screech: If she feels threatened or is attacked, she can use her quick, high-pitched cry to literally take her attacker aback a moment. It's treated almost like a stun and can be used to quickly get away if the need ever arises.
Plume Spike: An attack where she can actually use her spurs to attack an enemy if she feels threatened or is attacked.

Build: Havain is an average sized male. He is strong, but he doesn't work out to the point of him looking overly buff. Shirtless, he would look as though he has the start of a six pack, but he doesn't work out enough to have definition.
Orientation: Gay
Personality: Despite his nickname, Vain is a very kind soul and hardly vain at all. His life revolves around those he loves, even if they don't love him in return. He is rather reserved at first meeting; but once you become his friend, he opens up like a book and his thoughts flow quite freely, almost to a fault. He's almost too honest once in a while. He will tell you if something you do or say bothers him or how he feels about a subject being discussed, no matter the consequences. Though, if he realizes that something he says hurts someone, he is quick to apologize. The word "IF" is the key there. He isn't the brightest crayon in the box, and there are many things that truly don't make sense to him. Being this sort of 'ditzy' character is just a part of his personality. Being explicitly told that something is wrong or hurtful is the best way to really get through to him.
His fashion sense obviously says that he likes to be quite original and quirky. He doesn't like to hide behind a mask or try and put on a facade. He wears his emotions on his sleeve and everyone can tell when he's truly happy or sad. Even when he fakes the happiness, or tries to, people who know him can tell it's just not the real him and if approached about the actions, he will oftentimes try and deny ever feeling that negative emotion.
Havain is easily excitable, loving most aspects of life. He always tries to be so happy and hyper that some people almost find him to be an annoyance. He kind of acts like a child himself now and again. He never throws a tantrum like a child, but his actions will prove to be very innocent like one. Most of the time he will takes things literally like a child does. Joking with Havain is much more hassle than it is fun. Sure, he can be fun to joke around with, but most people end up making him the 'butt' of all of the jokes, and he will laugh right along with them only because he doesn't understand what's going on. Sometimes he will understand, and if he does, and feels offended by a comment someone's made, he may tear up right there or end up telling that person exactly how he feels.
Vain doesn't really consider anger to be 'anger' he considers it to be 'sadness'. He doesn't truly get angry, instead, his anger turns into a sadness that he says he can just cry away. When someone wrongs him, he is easily able to forgive if they apologize, but will be quite weary of that person if a similar situation arises. He will hold grudges versus those who wrong him and who give no remorse for their actions. It's kind of like the rule of thumb for him, "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me." He lives by that quote quite often. If he is burned one too many times by the same person, he tries to avoid them at all costs and will not be afraid to tell them how he feels about them should they ask or feel the need to continuously be a bother to him.
Likes: Food, spending time with loved ones, being around good people, his memories, the golden ribbon.
Dislikes: Negativity and the people who associate with it, when people are angry or annoyed with him, being alone for too long.
History: Havain was the miracle child of an elderly couple who had wanted children all of their lives, but were told they couldn't have any. His parents were rich with wisdom and money was always readily available. He didn't have a want in the world. After his first year, his father died of sickness combined with an elderly age. Ever since, Vain grew up with only a mother to love him and a couple of servants to help him in a large, empty house.
He was kept secluded from the outside world because his mother was fearful of sickness and disease. This seclusion went on for years even though he had always wanted to venture out. When it was normally time for the children to go to school, he would get a private tutor to help him through. Because all he did was study, he began to love the sciences, which fueled his desire to become an Alchemist. He only ever had contact with his mother, the servants, and the tutors, never any children his own age or many other people at all for that matter. The neglect of physical contact with other children and not being able to have that normal childhood, caused Havain to grow up to be respectful and loving towards all, as well as a very innocent and naive boy.
When that boy became a man, his mother also died, leaving him the mansion and all of their possessions. But that wasn't what he wanted. He wanted love, friendship, and the ability to live life away from the mansion. He sold everything, took what money he made, and left for a more secluded and peaceful place. He found a cottage on the outskirts of town and bought it. Ever since, he has lived there happily, working on improving his alchemy skills and trying his best to make friends with whomever he can.

Hi I will give you a few crits~
In the personality I think you focused too much on the beauty and love quality. And it's a bit abstract to say that she is immediately a pretty girl and that she breaks hearts and it'll take her places. Because beauty is relative and it depends on the person who is looking at her c: I'd prefer more specifics on her features--like is she more on the delicate side? Wide-eyed innocence? Or are her features more striking and sharp that catch people's attention.
Her personality that I see is pretty good! But the traits you listed don't really reflect on your longer description of her. As I said it focused more on her love life and romantic wants. I'd like to see more of how she deals with friends--how she socializes with others and her connection to the guardian. How is their dynamic? (I read that peacocks are very much polygamous too, and oh that's interesting LOL)
Powers, I would change the first one entirely, that's too much god-modding and assuming people would never ever harm or fight her. If you;d like that to stay I'd tell you to make it very weak though, something that she can't control--that is triggered by her emotions maybe because rp-ing that wouldn't be good.
The plume spike is better! But researching peacocks .. " males possess metatarsal spurs or "thorns" used primarily during intraspecific fights." So that's fitting for the power rather than it being a more random feather. Also another suggestion is that the peacock lets out a high-pitched cry. Just research a bit more! I'm sure you'll find lots of ideas there c:
The guardian seems good, though I'd also like to see a bit more of his history--just a little. Why didn' the want to stay in a place he was comfortable in and live in luxury? what drove him to that?

Also, the reason Havain wanted to leave his life of luxury, is because he didn't want that for himself. He didn't ask to be kept stashed away by his mother. He wants companionship, and he wanted the ability to live away from his abode. That, and both of his parents died in that home, he didn't want to be reminded of that every time he came home.
