What size is your canvas, most usually? Or even not most usually. Feel free to state at what size you usually doodle on, create masterpieces on, watercolors with, ink upon, etc..

usually 9x11 since that's the size sketchbook I end up with, though I have a larger one (that's like 13x13 or something, I swear it's HUGE) but since I'm so used to working on a smaller surface it's a bit harder for me to adjust the proportions to the size of the paper (unless I'm just drawing a scene with alot in it) but since the paper is so big I can't scan the pictures (*glares at the smallness of her scanner's scan area*) |D; gah, I'm so spoiled complaining about the size when so many people go without scanners everyday. ><;

XD Aw, don't worry about it. I pretty much draw wherever I can. If it's on school notes and papers, then usually a 2.5 inch box. sweatdrop If in my sketch book, well... usually about a third of the 8.5 x 11 inch page. But as of late, I've been drawing all over 8.5 x 11 inch computer paper. @w@ The two latest inked pictures in my gallery would be examples of that. When I watercolor, I do it on 18 x 12 inch paper (though I usually take up, what, 60% of a sheet). And yes, it IS a pain to scan. XD; My scanner wants A4 size paper and no bigger. domokun

If I did that in my textbooks, I'd be hanged and quartered. xd

I draw directly into Photoshop a lot, but when I don't, I usually end up scanning my pictures anyway, so they have to be pretty small. :B I haven't really done any big non-drawing pieces since high school.
[edit]No, wait, I retract my previous statement. I took an art class last semester and did loads of big stuff. It was all drawing stuff, though. No paints. Not much of a paint person.

I usually draw on 9x11 computer paper or notebook paper. Never on the computer, since I'm really bad! XD
