Her skin is almost frighteningly pale and she goes to great lengths to hide her eyes from view: either making sure her clothing hides them, or obscuring them with her hair. If one were to manage a peek at them, they would find them to be a deathly pale "cadaver blue". Her teeth are sharpened to dangerous points, making it very rare for her to fully smile at all. Shiori's hair is a strange shade of white with a silvery sheen, that slowly fades to a bright blue at the very tips. She's managed to grow it to a rather impressive length, and it can almost always be seen spilling out and over her clothing. On her left shoulder, she bears a centipede tattoo. TAB TABW a r d r o b e ↴ TAB↪ some times fashion is important Shiori usually wears a dark, short sleeved or sleeveless, jacket of some sort with a hood to obscure her eyes from view. Beneath this she often wears pale colored, and rather short, shorts and a short top of the same color along with several straps and crossed belts. She also wears a pair of "sleeves" over her arm guards that reach up to her elbow and hang over her hands. It is in her jacket and sleeves that she hides most of her equipment. 〈 clan 〉 → Kikai - Engetsugan and Kikai trait: "Hikou Mukade Saiken" (flying centipede bond) 〈 hiate'ate 〉 → Black, worn around the neck 〈 head 〉 → Dark hood and seven silver earrings on her upper ear. Has several places to hide supplies and equipment. 〈 armguards 〉 → Dark sleeves over brightly colored long gloves. Have several weighted bands around the wrists, and hidden compartments for her thrown weapons. 〈 torso 〉 → Pale top that is lightweight. Surprisingly durable and sturdy. 〈 legs 〉 → Pale shorts that are lightweight. Surprisingly durable and sturdy. 〈 shinguards 〉 → Pale, baggy warmers over brightly colored socks of different heights. Like all members of her clan, Shiori has a small charm, that is unique to her alone, that she wears on her person at all times. It's a small piece of metal with the symbols for her clan's name written on it in a manner that gives it the meaning of "strange" or "mysterious". She considers it an accurate way to describe herself.
▪ Eerie Doll
Fastened to her belt like some sort of grim trinket is a small tribal-looking wooden doll, carved with intricate and beautiful designs. It is no bigger than a small key chain, and though its face is mildly creepy, the doll is the closest thing she had to a friend in her childhood. She's still deeply attached to it.

TAB TABb a c k g r o u n d ↴ TAB↪ the secrets you don't need to know Shiori was an oddity among the females of the Kikai clan. Instead of following the expected path of bonding with the clan's leeches, her natural interests drew her toward the more volatile - and to many, much more curious - phosphorescent winged centipedes. She found them infinitely fascinating, and the feeling seemed to be reciprocated by the insects as well. The potential bond's strength was unquestionable, and her father permitted the strange insects to dwell within her as with the others. Immediately after the process was completed, her training with them began. She was taught how to read the lights that occasionally pulsed along their bodies as messages sent from other clan members, and learned very quickly how to use the insects as an extension of her own body: often favoring the aid of the little things over the use of traditional techniques. While a mildly impressive feat, this talent wasn't without its drawbacks: the whispers and rumors of her clan lead many to give her a wide berth, leaving her with a fairly lonely childhood that lead to the creation of the little wooden doll clasped tightly to the side of her belt. It also, in part, lead to a few of her odd personality quirks and mild social awkwardness.
Her clan's traits have always been almost painfully obvious with her presence and the source of many stares of mixed curiosity and intimidation, and her particular skillset is best suited for a role of defensive combat, espionage and stealth, or ranged combat. Those with the courage to approach her have found her intelligent and very observant. Utilizing chakra, the user is able to activate the explosion mechanism of a distant bomb tag.

A jutsu that creates an illusionary clone of the user, in numbers of 1 or more. The Clone disappears after being struck with an attack, and can deal no damage. This jutsu is one of the basics, and required to pass the Shinobi Academy.

An illusionary jutsu that gives the user the appearance of another person or object. A commonly used skill.
