a small building with a few people working inside. they have a list of every available house up for purchase, you can do everything from in here, or you can just look for the ones you're interested in, and then actually go see them. just a little building for those who are looking fr a nice place to stay.

 Flare opened the door of the quaint building, and a small bell rung above the door. Flare's looked up at it, before stepping inside. "hello. welcome to the housing agency. how may i help you?" the young woman at the receptionist counter asked. um, my friend here is looking for an apartment, so.... she said, turning to shinra to let him talk to her.

"Yea I like an apartment that pretty well made and has rent lower than $750. Do have any apartment like that?" Shinra said to the receptionist. The recptionist looked through the computer and searched for an apartment that'll be towards to Shinra's liking. "Hmmm,Alright I found an apartment that's worth $554, it's in good condition, and it was made 2005. You would like to look at?" the receptionist said to Shinra. Shinra responds to the receptionist in joy, "heck yea tell us where it's at?"

flare smiled. "alright then." the receptionist said. "it's four blocks south from here. it's a white building with a few others flanking it. it has a sale sign in the front yard. i can have someone lead you there if you'd like, or you can find it by yourself, and look around. you may have to come back here to make a purchase, if you'd like." she said, looking back up at shinra.

Shinra grinned, "nah I got Flare here to show me where the apartment." Shinra gave Flare the thumbs up, "right, Sparky."

Flare gave him a look. wha? i don't know everything! i can do my best, but it's not like i know the city all that well. i'm new here too. she said, sarcastically pouting. i'm sure we can find it. come on, it won't be that hard. she said, with a roll of her eyes.

Shinra scratched his head because he was kind of confused at that moment. In the end, he put both of his hands behind his head and just smiled, "Ok then Sparky, lead the way." Shinra follows Flare out of the agency to look for the apartment.

Shinra and Flare arrives at the housing agency ready to buy the apartment. "Alright lady, I would like to buy the apartment," Shinra said to the receptionist. "Ok, so will pay full now or pay half now and pay the rest later in the month?" She asked Shinra. "I'll pay in full now," Shinra handed her the money and James handed him the keys to the house. "Awesome Flare I have an apartment now," Shinra gave Flare the thumbs up.
