Whats it mean to have a "waterfall over your head"?

Hm, I sometimes use a waterfall visualization technique in the shower for spiritual cleansing and rejuvenation.
Also, there are stories of mystics and warriors who would sit with a waterfall falling on their head to strengthen their bodies and wills.
That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

It can symbolize purity and cleansing, as well as strength through rushing water.
