I know some great bumpers that charge practically nothing.
Besides, if we do a bumping contest with a pretty nice reward, I think it will be okay.
Also, we can have some banners made to advertise. 3nodding The bumpers I know have to carry the banner of the place they're bumping, so that's a perk too.

Contests are great for initiating peeps to bump.
I have a friend that might be able to make some pretty cool banners for us too.

I voted for the charity, because you mentioned that it might be kind of a charity thread, but since the theme kinda revolves around the exchange, it might be nice to put in there too...
