Has anyone used or is currently using a program called ArcGIS? If you are using this program or have used this program what do you like about it? What things do you not like about it?
I am currently using an updated version of ArcGIS 9. I am super excited that there are hydrology and groundwater tools that I can use in the program! I am not a huge fan of the georefenencing tool. I think I just need to play around with it more.
