Advertisement would work to attract the community in Gaia that enjoys I AM poses. There are a few users who have made petitions to fix certain I AM poses or to create more. I'd say the Guild captain should contact a few of these and offer to exchange banners. Since such petitions involve what this guild and it's user's are into, I don't think anyone would mind. Not to mention such form of advertisement would get more to sign them, which would benefit I AM lovers. The newcomers would probably stay active, too.
That's all I have so far since I haven't been part of the guild long enough to know how it's run or what to work on. But it seems that the guild leader and a few other members have been working quite hard to make it more active. I'd love to help out in any way I can, there's not really much to do on Gaia anymore for me. Might as well include the banner in my signature to do my part.
