My shits not completely finished yet. Gonna put on the finishing touches when I get back from work about 9:30pm central time. Here's the general stuff though. Character Name: Tankie Sakoya. (Tank-ee Suh-koya) Alias/Title: Tank.
D.O.B: October 11th. Place of Birth: The plains outside Barton Town. Race: Human-Demon hybrid. Gender: Male. Occupation: Hit-man, semi-professional fighter.
Age: 21 Height: 6'0" Weight: 174 Ibs Physique: Slim, toned and fit. Eyes: A vibrant crimson. Hairstyle: Short spiky, messy, and unkept. Hair color: Dark red with highlights of black. Skin: Brown.
Abilities/Powers:
xxxxxxxxClairvoyance Sometimes referred to as psychic vision. Clairvoyance is the ability to see people, objects, scenes, words and symbols in your inner psychic eye. Include aura reading in this category: the ability to see someone's subtle energy levels manifested in either colors or waves of light appearing to come from the body. Clairvoyance is the ability to see pictures in your minds eye. It is the ability to visualize.
xxxxxxxxPrecognition Also called future sight, it is a type of extrasensory perception that would involve the acquisition or effect of future information that cannot be deduced from presently available and normally acquired sense-based information or laws of physics and/or nature. While able to use this ability to it's full capabilities outside arenas of combat. When in battle, his mind fogged by pumping adrenaline it's advantages are only able to manifest three times.
xxxxxxxxxKi (Chi) This force is a tangible energy inside a living being, its major focus being in the center of the body. By drawing it out, a person is able to manipulate it and use it for an array of performances outside the body. Ki can be used for many different techniques. When a fighter gathers Ki, he is able to gain enhanced strength, speed, endurance, and can increase the power of their attacks to inflict greater damage to opponents.
xxxxxxxxxFire Manipulation Through the expulsion and manipulation of his Ki energy, Tankie is capable of creating and controlling fire. The involvement of ki renders him capable of great feats. Though even without ki, through means in-explainable by logic and science, he is still capable of creating the violent and wild element. The absence of ki limits his range of control severely however. Gives him limited control over naturally created fire.
xxxxxxxxxPryokinesis (limited) The main difference from Fire Manipulation and Pyrokinesis is that Pryokinesis uses the mind to create and control flames. An ability that came about through extended use of his Clairvoyant abilities and his natural affiliations with fire. The demon find himself only able to create flickers of flames reminiscent to the flicker of a light or a match, it allows him him increased control of natural fire however. Almost to the level of his fire manipulation. It's main usage though, is to extinguish the flames of others, though this does not come without strain to his mind. The larger the conflagration the larger the headache. While capable of extinguishing sizable portions of wildfires, he'd likely fall into a week long comatose as a result.
Physical Abilities:
xxxxxxxxxStrength He possesses a decent amount of strength. Not strength that would wow your average Gaia fighter, but he is a bit above the average. Benching a respectable 406 Ibs, and able to lift a bit more than 700 Ibs directly over his head, it's nothing to scoff at. His normal abilities magnified by ki he's capable of doubling the weight with only little strain. When his muscles twitch frantically creating a short explosion of force he can even add on another hundred or so pounds. If the weight he's attempting to lift requires his own strength multiplied by ki and his explosion, it's usually ends in torn or extremely strained muscles. So he tends to stay within his limitations.
xxxxxxxxxSpeed The initial acceleration of a full out sprint puts him at about 54 mph, when falling into calm strides he lowers to about 48mph. As time elapses he usually slowly manages to progress back to his max acceleration. With ki added to his efforts he can hit 60mph, and if amplified by a 10 second burst of explosion in unison with his ki he can hit about 71mph. As with his strength combining the two can lead to strains and or tears.
xxxxxxxxxFire/Heat Resistance Credited to his being a fire elemental or possibly even his demon lineage, Tankie find himself able to withstand temperatures exceeding the normal human capacity. For instance, he is capable of comfortably treading in temperatures upwards of three hundred degrees Fahrenheit, before the effects of heat exhaustion start becoming apparent. Temperatures of four hundred or higher are needed before his flesh starts to burn.
xxxxxxxxxExplosion No. This does not refer to those loud things that go boom. Rather the compact muscle and mass of fast twitch muscle fibers making up his being that allow Tankie temporary explosive increases in power or speed. If compounded with his ki it allows the completion of some impressive feats.
xxxxxxxxxxPain Tolerance The result of fine tuning his body for combat ever since he could walk coupled with toughened skin and bones genetically passed down by his demon ancestors. The young males threshold for pain and ability to take damage without ill effects is considerable. A strike from a metal baseball bat that would break the arm of a human advanced in the fighting arts would only cause him a substantial amount of bruising.
Weapons:
xxxxxxxxxxxxFlame of a Thousand Suns A Masamune nodachi blade aptly named for it's ability to channel and amplify heat/fire. It's more a keepsake, a personal treasure; a gift from a past mentor. It rarely sees combat.
Equipment/Gear:
xxxxxxxxxxxTan Pants Loose fitting tan pants that are bloused just above his ankles. Fabricated from material that provides some fire resistance. xxxxxxxxxxxT-Shirt Usually adorning his upper half are t-shirts of varying styles. Most commonly some form of rum. xxxxxxxxxxxBottle of Scotch Stored in his backpack is a bottle containing his favorite drink; scotch whisky. For those emergency situations where a distributor of alcohol is not readily available. xxxxxxxxxxxFamous Quotes A book titled the aforementioned. It is filled with quotes and phrases Tankie will often look to for guidance and inspiration. Also when a clever retort cannot be constructed quick enough. xxxxxxxxxxxBrown Rope A brown rope that usually serves no other purpose then keeping his nodachi blade secured to his back whenever he has the weapon on him. If not, it's neatly tucked away into his backpack. A good six and half feet in total length.
Brief History: A demon-human hybrid whose early life was spent among the plains outside of Barton Town. When he came of age alongside his brother, Tukata, he'd begin training to become a warrior. Trained by a clan of warriors famous within the realm of Gaia; The Sakoya Clan. A clan who's ranks weren't filled completely with blood relatives but those whose ancestry could be trace back to a group of demons and human who fought together against a common adversary in a long forgotten conflict. Alongside his brother, Tukata, the two trained day and night to improved their craft. If he had not been born into the sect, viewing their ways as normal, he would have likely aimed to see his teachers heads on a platter. However, as this was not the case he did not question there method and enjoyed growing stronger alongside his elder brother. That was until he hit the age of fourteen ... Ice Layer
This is his personal armor and the only kind of set armor he really wears. Being that he is an elementalist of water, he has the ability to manipulate it to cover hismself, from this point he layers a thin but strong portion of multiple folded pieces of clear ice upon his body (upper body specifically) to protect him against heavy attacks. The see through nature of the ice make it impossible to see until it is struck and broken or scathed. In battle it would seem, even with heavy attacks, he was given minimal damage. Of course there is a limit to how much of a beating the armor can take, but given the right environment, time, and energy it can be replaced.
Gauntlets/Armguards
Static Gauntlets form 1: These gauntlets are a creation of his own genius, well, the idea for them at least. These gauntlets allow him to have an electric kick to his attacks which in turn leaves his opponents rather surprised. This is possible by the usage of a mini generator that rests within the backhand portion of the gauntlet and is protected by the metal plating of the gauntlet itself. The generator is powered by a few drops of water that, when manipulated by Vash to rotate is a clockwise manner, turns a gyros that in turn creates the electric current or, in other words, hydroelectric power. The gauntlet is fashioned a bit differently that most as well. Although metal, it is not large and bulky like most gauntlets. The form is rather compact and is closer to that of a metal flexible glove than a gauntlet. This is form one.
Static Gauntlets Form 2: There is only one notable difference is the form of the gauntlets and that is the extension of a tightly woven micro fibered armor. This microfiber is entwines thin yet strong pieces of L-wire and conductive metal with a rubber pad pressing against the skin along the way up. This allows for the electricity charged to travel further up the arm to give him a larger range of attack and defense however does not add any new form of attack to his arsenal.
Drawback: Due to the spinning of the magnet within the coil as well as the building of an electric charge, Vash is faced with one horrible issue, overheating. Of course the gauntlets can be used constantly but he runs the risk of overheating his equipment and rendering it either useless or dangerous to use. He had three full charges back to back before the gauntlets will overheat. *Charges do not have to be full and thus can extend the life of the gauntlets*

Equipment:
Generators (In weapons): These generators are run off of water. Like the falling motion of a waterfall, Vash uses his ability to manipulate water to water to turn the magnet within the generator to generate the electricity. (Basically a smaller version of what happens in using a hydroelectric power source.) He keeps from electrocuting himself by a lining of rubber inside of his glove like gauntlets. The electricity runs on circuits made within the gauntlets, centered for the most part in the palms, until forced to be expelled on his command. The power of all the generators within his arsenal has about the same voltage except for the one within his sword. Being that only one ampere is needed to kill a human, the amp worth in his electrical charges are not usually high enough and are directed in attacks that lead the electric current away from the heart in order not to kill. The attacks normally stay in the milli-amp range. His gauntlets can charge up to 150,000 volts. His sword when charged fully can pack a punch just below that of a car battery, 300,000 and also pumps mill-amperes in its charge.
Electrode Mines: These are little orbs he carries in a pouch upon his waist. These small orbs produce a decent sized charge that is amplified and carried when thrown into a water source. The ampere charge is never at one amp, the power needed to kill a human. The focus of the attack is more on the voltage, the punch behind the electric shock. [30 total]
Water Jug: It’s quite simple. On his back he carries around, the majority of the times, a jug of water the size of a small gym bag
Hekireki: Upon his back a blade is present. This blade, like his gauntlets contains a generator to allow an electric charge to be built and stored within the sword for usage in attacks. The blade is three feet in length when sheathed (five feet total when adding in the hilt and cross guard.) Once drawn it can either be kept at that length or extended to reach the blade length of a katana (four to five feet).
Abilities/Skills/Natural:
Water Control: Being that he is an elementalist of water, he can control it.
Three stages: The three stages of water, solid, liquid and gas are easily controlled by him and can be switched between rather quickly by allowing him to pull off different maneuvers faster than most elementalists. He does this by manipulating the molecules of the water itself, speeding them up or slowing them down to form it into a desirable mode of combat.
Electricity Control: Using his generators to produce the electric current he then guides the flow either by the use of a kinetic force or a form of transport through a water source of either his or natural creation.
Racial Abilities:
Speed/Strength: In either of these categories he is not extremely amazing. Rather he is about average for someone of his age and physique. To cope with this human inadequacy he has found it a point to involve his elemental control in his speed as well as strength to give him a boost.
Unlocked mind: This is a characteristic keen to elementals of his birth home. Each elementalist spends days on end becoming in sync with their element, therefore unlocking their “mind” to the barriers one would normally face when using its abilities. This unlocked state allows for a quicker reaction time as well as better perception of extreme speeds as well. It also allows the person the ability to sense with the natural element as if it were a part of them. With this, it becomes extreemly difficult to be attacked through means of any kind of mental attack for where his humanly senses kick out, his elemental traits kick in further.
Basic skill set:
Thunder Bolt: Using the generators he can launch off electric balls. The orbs can fly a distance of 15 to 20 feet when thrown before dissipating.
Severe waves: This maneuver is a combination his water manipulation and his electric generators. He pushes a large amount of electric charge through a body of manipulated or un-manipulated water source to attack from a distance.
Blades of Ice- Through water manipulation Vash is able to create a katana or shot twin swords fashioned from well sculpted frozen water. This water, depending on its intended purposes, can either be completely pure, all foreign elements removed from the water or with impurities. The blade isnt normally made so much so to be durable but more so to be sharp enough to cut through skin to cause flesh wounds deep enough to draw blood making electric attacks more effective. Electric Blades of Ice- Freezing his electrode mines into the swords he is able to add an electrical property to his blades. Each electrode while inside the blade can be activated independently. The normal construction of the blade in one instance would leave what would be described as the hilt and cross guard of the blade as pure water. The remained of the blade would be riddled with different minerals naturally absorbed into the water to allow it to be able to conduct electricity. The electrode mines do not lose their taser like attributes. The second instance the entire blade is made from impure water and electricity is allowed to flow from his gauntlets to the ice blades. [Lasts 3 posts under constant use of electricity 5 max]
Vortex: Using a compressed ball of water, rotating in several directions he can create an attack of tearing water. Upon connecting, the pressure and fast rotations of the orb in many directions can tear through armor. Combining an electric charge into this attack is also possible. Surge: This attack is a single or double fisted punch to any portion of the body of his opponent. Once connected, a stored electrical charge is released to cause additional or primary damage to his opponent. Depending on the charge, effective damage ranges.
Vortex burst: Compressing the orb further he can intake in into his body. There he can leave in out of sight and mind to his opponent until released. Until this orb is released he is bestowed a slight speed and strength boost at the cost of some physical damage to himself. The longer he holds the blast the more powerful it becomes but the more is damages his body internally. However, this orb continues to compress within his body until ready to be released. Normally baiting an attack from his opponent, a punch to the gut preferably, he grabs hold and opens his mouth. From it launches the compressed water force in the form of a beam. Normally when using this maneuver he is wearing his stiff necked vest in order to keep the recoil from snapping his neck.
Compress bullets- Gathering water from his surroundings and pressurizing it he creates several “bullets” of water (sometimes ice or partially frozen). This pressurized water floats around his body and is launched independently from any given position around his body. Upon contact these pressured bullets explode to further the damage.
Mirror Image: Using sheets of ice fashion in such a way that they will reflect light rays therefore giving a mirror effect, he can create an illusion to his opponent by making it seem that he is where he isnt. Ex. Funhouse mirror maze. [Mirrors reflect his image only. Three post casting time. His maximum amount even when given ample supply of water is 15.]
Pressure cannon: Using water from a brought in water source or stationary source on the battlefield, he compresses a large amount of pressure into a beam or cannon shot. This can be shot out in a many different points from his body. This cannon burst can pierce through armor.
Lightning encasement-
While his static gauntlets are in stage two and with a three post charge of his electrical energy, he is now able to encase himself in his "electrical element" by means of transferring electrical energy out an about him through a control circuit of air. This "orb" around him can reach outwards of a diameter of five to six feet in full or reduced to simply line his body (its greatest strength level). This encasement at its current mastery can provide high protection against projectile attacks by altering their trajectory via magnetism. Lightning encasement- Essentially is a smaller, more controlled version of Overdrive. It lasts for two posts after a three post charge of his gauntlets and can rise if charged longer. It can cause damage however its main function is for its magnetism field. He can use it to quickly propel himself or an object. Also he can use it to alter direction of thrown projectiles that can be affected by the field. There is a certain range of effect depending on how tight the orb is around his body. Strongest is a max range of twenty five feet when the orb is tight around his body with max attacking damage (medium taser effect, burns, problems breathing,) and 15 feet infront of him when extended to its maximum range with only minimal attacking power (disorientation when hit, slight taser effects)
Overdrive: This is a move that he accidentally stumbled upon in his fight against Omi during the GTB. In desperation to guard against possible incapacitation, Vash's control over his element went haywire supercharging his weapons to max while invoking lightning encasement. This caused the exponential increase and outwards flux of electrical energy from the epicenter, this being Vash to Omi who was within the max radius of his move. It can be described as a sudden burst of massive electrical energy that is uncontrolled and extends as far as it possibly can before dissipating. Since it is impossible to create a situation in which desperation takes over every time he wants to use this move, he has found a way to incorporate his electrode mines. By causing them to release their charge on his gauntlets he is able to instantly invoke the massive surge of electrical energy, holding it in for only a moment before release it upon his enemy. This move does not come without is potentially dangerous drawbacks for Vash however. The dramatic increase in power puts a strain upon his weapons, decreasing their efficiency and potentially forcing them to be destroyed. The move also causes serious burns to Vash's body do to the gauntlets inability to hold in all of the charge. In short this maneuver is a double edged sword and if used wrong can end the match for Vash instead of his opponent.
Bio: Vash was born in a small city. Crime reigned free in this city and he was nothing more than an orphan with a strange ability. At the age of five he was abandoned by his parents who were scared of his strange ability to bend and manipulate water. Scared to death, this young boy hid in back alleys and rummaged through trash for food he was found by the leader of a low tier gang. Slowly, with the help of Vash, they begin to take over the city as Vash began to think of the small gang of bandits as family.
