*insert continent name yet tbd* LOCATIONS:

bunnyville:

this is an average sized town that would be close to mid sized. it's surrounded by quite a number of smaller satellite small time towns. most of it's surrounding burbs are very like Animal Crossing'esque in terms of layout. and similiar to how in AC: City Folk; the bunnies in the surrounding smaller resident and industrial towns can come up to the nicer and meticulously quaint big town, Bunnyville to go to the movies as well as attend the trade shows on weekend to exchange goods with bunnies who live in the towns on the other side of the big city. It's just more convenient to come to the big city.

Also, Bunnyville is host to a few major festivals a year. Surrounding towns all participate. The average every day bun would love to live here. If you have a bun who just wants to maybe have a small trinket shop, have a few friends.. mull around town. This is where they would like to live.

small farm towns to the east:

these are all really just one great big farming region. The ones on the very west of the farm land are very lose to the very east of the satellite towns. A lot of farmers who also convert their crops into sellable goods live here. This region provides food for most bunnies all over the entire continent.

-canine town title-:

this town went to the dogs. literally. Most of the canine types live here. This town is heavily ran by gangs and such. occassionally, you meet a few lone wolf types, but like many canine species. they are at their best when in packs. some packs who couldn't hold their own are ran out. they end up drifting south to carve a name for themselves in the big industrial and sprawling Carrotopolis.

CARROTOPOLIS:

This is the big big big mega metropolis city. Once ages ago, it was the size of Bunnyville, but with bunny families breeding left and right. They have population explosions twice a year. Seems like at least once a year, the edges of their town limits expand just a little bit more. This is also home and center to a HUGE huge entertainment mecca. The "Bunnywood". (think hollywood but ran and populated by bunnies) They have movies, broadway, television. Everything imaginable exists here. Also, here you'll find a lot of bunnies and other animals who've don'd hair-do's, clothing, and other fancy things. Here in a town swimming with bodies and sometimes multiple generations of bunnies who all look ridiculously alike; everyone aspires to find a way to make themselves a little more unique.

This town is also home to a lot of fashion shows and pageantry. At current time, there is no religion or government. Those will be future metaplot events.

if your bunny is a star or famous person; they PROBABLY live here.

The 8th note river:

this river got its name once because the north end of it looks like an 8th note from above. The small little enclaves that are near the north are part of the woods. The northern side of the very top of the river has a line of waterfall. It's not super high altitude, but it is fairly wide. Some contemplate constructing a bridge over it to make traveling east easier.

Wild Warrens:

the 8th note river is flanked on both sides by forests. These are home to the warrens of wild rabbits who refuse to join the trend of bunnies creating societies and living the way they do. These buns still make dirt burrows in the ground and live off the land. While they don't have an official government; they function as a commune. They are ran in a military fashion. They have a general as well as nurseries. One of the interesting attributes of this area is their expert tunneling skills. These buns are rumored to create deep tunnels beneath the ground. Rumor also has it they can tunnel to any city.

-feline coastal town name-:

this town is home to most felines. Felines being a wandering sort do of course go elsewhere from time to time. Their people are hardcore travelers. If they weren't so adverse to water; they'd probably invent sailing. They do a lot of fishing off of both the 8th note river and oceans that surround the continent. Their town explicitly does not allow canines. Also, bunnies aren't recommended to come there alone unless they have a posse or bodyguards. Felines are much bigger and have been heard of eating one or two who strayed in foolishly.

-bear town name-:

this town is a major bear colony. there be lots of cuddlin going on here! During winter though, many of them go into hibernation. It's like the town itself goes to sleep with exception of a few cold loving bears who spend their time maintaining the town for when the others wake up. Those bears detest summers and try to make arrangements to visit the floating city.

-lots of small dots here and there all over the continent-:

these are VERY SMALL settlements. too small to be an actual town. they are often private estates or minor traveling encampments. occassionally, there'll be a family or two who tires of the city life and goes off to one of these areas. these areas have NO TECHNOLOGY if it's not an estate. it's like going camping or being Amish.

THE FLOATING CITY 'a futuristic town':

this place from above would look like the top of a carrot if you saw it. From beneath, you can look up and see it floating high high above the river. you see what looks like tree roots dangling out of the bottom. Some say that was how the river was formed, but that city is usually unaccessed by those who live below. ((note we say usually)) Up on it's surface; there are four major shafts containing multiple elevators which move VERY FAST. The two on your left are the twin entertainment pinnacles. They house every possible form of entertainment. The main thing to it: think of it as something with a sort of... Tron'esque environment.. that instead of blocks and grids; it's glass and light. At the base of this society is a huge scientific cult. They have for centuries have held a passion for knowledge nad how things work. Thing is though; many of their libraries of knowledge are off limits to outsiders. they will guard that knowledge at all costs. you must prove yourself worthy of even looking at a page.

this town happens to be home to MOST flying type buns and other flying animals. if you have a flying pet, it probably lives here. flying pets who live here CAN venture below, but it takes a while. it is a long and tiring flight. all trips down or up must be followed by no less than one full day of rest. out of shape buns might need more.
