This is the Kyoto Warehouse District, it is located on the Outskirts of Kyoto at the other end of Kyoto from the Bamboo Forest and Park, and situated next to the Industrial Estate. It was originally used for storage of all kinds be it vehicles or simply cargo brought in to be sold at Stores. Either way, this is probably one of the least "Them" populated places in all of Kyoto aside from the Bamboo forest.
