Two condoms will cause too much friction during sex and will tear. Don't do it.
Now, a female condom and a male condom are supposed to be able to work together, but I've never tested that.

Please go to Planned Parenthood or take a Health class to get further educated on contraceptives, how to use them properly, etc. Or at least talk to your GYN.
It is a really bad idea to use two condoms. It will not "double" the protection, it puts you at more of a risk.

No, condoms are NOT meant to be used one ontop of another. If you are worried, you can buy extra thick ones. But do NOT double up with condoms!!
And your mother really needs to learn a little more, especially if she is going to try to talk to her kids about it. That is just plain irresponsible!
"Doubling up" is a good thing, but it refers to using two different types of contraceptives (usually a hormonal contraceptive and condoms).

DON'T wear two. They'll rub together and brake. And don't use vaseline or any other oil-based lube. It makes the condom disintigrate. Use water-based lubrication only.
